To be honest, I think this jacket photographs a lot better than it looks IRL. I tried it on and felt that it was wearing me and a very busy pattern.
For anyone needing enabling this this the black knit dress (that I bought) can only dream about looking like this ...

When I tried it I was told it was "mature" on me. I couldn't get it off fast enough lol. I just don't have the wearwithal to make it look good I guess. Haha.
Yes I might have to adjust my wants and go for the low boots. I'll have to try the high ones and see [emoji106][emoji106]

OK---here's another question for all you Chanel RTW experts! For quite a while I've been looking for a beautiful lightweight replacement raincoat (with hood) for my beloved 23 year old Sonia Rykiel piece that finally died last year and got compliments from strangers until the bitter end. My SA suggested I try the navy anorak styled one with black lace lining from this fall---Look 32 (that to be honest, I thought looked terrible on the hanger). They are ordering one in my size, but she tried the 38 on and it was AMAZING on her! Of course, it will have to fit me. BUT my issues are --- 1) it's really expensive for what it is (the price of a nice Chanel jacket) and 2) maybe doesn't even look that much like Chanel. Would this be a deal breaker for you? Have you had this dilemma in the past? If it fits and looks good, no doubt I would get tons of use as a travel coat that I could layer under and work for both day to evening. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
