Chanel RTW ~ Reveals, Chit-chat & Info thread

Ladies any intel on this necklace, I saw it on a model in the cover of a magazine. She was wearing the new Chanel white blouse with little logos ...but where to find the necklace, I figured the expertise here would find an answer...anyone abroad or in America see it available in their country? What’s the intel? Is it a release or just for show? anyone see the jacket on the model, can’t seem to find it either.

I can't comment on UK sizing but I bought a pair of pants and had them altered. They cut a HUGE amount off the bottom. I am 5'2".

thanks - I’m getting the vibe that the Chanel trousers are variable and best to try on! I did try some velvet leggings on recently but they looked dreadful - I’ve always thought the Palazzo style trousers were nice and perhaps more forgiving but never tried them. Will go take a look at what’s around

It's a "sexy" collection. Honestly quite refreshing when most brands are still going after the ugly chic looks. (Ugly with a big "U", without the traditional intellectual/high IQ Prada women look)

I don't see how this collection caters to the core Chanel clients. This collection is obviously for celebrities and Gen-Z. There is nothing in this collection that appeal for women that in the 50. Karl may want to attract more younger clients but his collections always had that multigenerational appeal.

but we (you and me) grew up in the 1990s, and this collection is a "1990s" collection. Think old Karl, Tom Ford, etc.
(minus the shiny pieces I guess? and have our legs more covered lol? but we've got the spirit! )

I’m all for legs lol. Hope I can get my hands on some pieces as a start to my RTW collection!

I thought it was a fun and pretty collection but also young. I like it but not necessarily wear especially the really short and crop pieces.

I‘m not big into colours but I thought this is nice.

Just saw the spring summer 2022 show, and it left a lot to be desired so to speak...they tried to re do the 90s , no new creativity, just copying Karl’s work in rtw and ideas for themes of the show...boring! Also, they could at least have brought unique muses to model the clothes like they did when back then... for example Chanel had the amazingly talented Sandra Bernhard model for the show...I think the 90s clothes and models were more captivating as well.
