My original concern was the jacket could be too long. But the length is simply perfect and versatile. You look fabulous in them Ms Piggy!
Glad to be twins on the jacket! :flowers:

Wow! Made for you - I even like it sitting low on you - you rock this look
I am just happy the pieces work out for me.

Hi
I’m new here. I want to buy my first Chanel bag the small flap in black caviar. I’ve called into multiple stores in London but they don’t have any stock. What do I do now? Is there a waiting list or do I have to keep calling every week for stock updates?
thank you x

You may find it more helpful to post in the main Chanel thread: the focus here is RTW. Best of luck!

Both so cute, but I just get increasingly frustrated with branding/logos on the overwhelming majority of items that come out of this house. With the exception of pants and skirts, it has been incredibly difficult to find things without it the last few years. I get it, there’s a market segment that loves the branding. But— there still exists a market that still wants understated RTW WITHOUT logos. Not even on buttons. There’s obviously a way to satisfy both customer bases but Chanel increasingly continues to exclude the latter.

I agree, I really don't get the appeal of letters as an ornament (in the most boring font style) and especially not in a main line. Some brands are even coming out with clothes that you can literally buy at the market (Balmain,...), where the only difference is the price point. These type of clothes used to be reserved for the secondary lines.

The appeal is to a particular demographic for the most part that is spending a lot of money on luxury items. They want the world to see the branding on their chest or back. It doesn't appeal to me either and the shame of it is that there have been some pretty pieces that would have been better if not branded at all and I would have purchased them.

Sharing my sale skirt (20C) which I picked up from chanel alterations last week. Styled for summer with a green top, and then for fall with a black Sezane cardigan and knee boots (no tights because I was too lazy to find them). My pov on knee boots: they work for any age, it's all about styling.

About the skirt: The only size available to me during sale was too small, but alternations was able to take this out about 1.5 sizes. I chose not to have it lengthened as I love a mini skirt. It is a bit snug in the waist, but I expected that and it's still really comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with my sale purchase! That cruise season was A++ for skirts.

Twins on the skirt! Agree that sales had a ton of skirts left even where I am.
