My original concern was the jacket could be too long. But the length is simply perfect and versatile. You look fabulous in them Ms Piggy! As mentioned by Brooklynite, the jacket is indeed cut very narrow and fitted. The denim material is rather substantial and quite stiff but has stretch. I have a small upper frame and I could layer over a tee or thinner top. A belt on the waist over buttoned up would be lovely as well I think.

Wow! Made for you - I even like it sitting low on you - you rock this lookBoth the HAC32 in Noir and Etoupe chèvre de coromandel are my forever workhorse bags though they have sadly been sitting pretty in the closet. You have reminded me to give them some air time.
Appreciate your thoughts on the fitted denim jacket, all great suggestions. Due to my own shape, a fuller bottom works better on me as I have a narrow top frame. Truth is look 20 was my favourite of 21A Metiers. Having waited this long, when I tired on the full set, I was a goner. I adore it as a set and love it equally as separately pieces. CHF full on. The skirt will be taken in at the waist as it is a size up (sitting too low) and sleeve shortened slightly.

Yes, I was having that issue as well. You can get around it by putting "shoes" in the search field, and then they will appear. This might be OT a bit but I need some tips...the Chanel website is confusing to me and I can't find shoes they are offering for the current season. When I click on Shoes, they show some very large pictures with one or two styles, and that's it. Where can I see all the styles? TIA![]()

I love them. I may not wear them with an extremely short skirt like I would if I were 20, but I like that more of my leg is covered with tall boots when I do wear an above the knee skirt, and I find that a skirt or flowy pants that hit just below the knee to mid-calf looks very chic and stylish with knee high or taller boots. I think it is about balance. If you are wearing knee high boots with an above the knee skirt; I would style it with a jacket and cashmere scarf in the Fall for example. I would not show a lot of skin both on top and on the legs (e.g. I would not pair it with a tank top!).Speaking of shoes, what’s your ladies’ opinion on knee high boots for over 40? I love the prefall tall boots but not sure how to style them for my age (43)

I think as long as you pair with same colored matte finished tights it will do. The 20 yo look shows skin w/ very short skirt. We are similar in age and I plan to wear mine with tights + a skirt or with skinny jeans.Speaking of shoes, what’s your ladies’ opinion on knee high boots for over 40? I don't see this button. It must be a browser issue. I'll try Karenaallen's trick to use the search bar. Thank you both!If you scroll down, there is a see all shoes button View attachment 5165572

It is on the top right, it look like a magnifying glass. It's not a bar. It's a button.
