Ok- just the phrase “allure of the season” slays me.
These euphemisms are really sometimes just too much …..
When looking though the recent preordering for 22P, I was advised to consider buying the full look presented for the total allure. It must be a Paris directive.
My SAs have confirmed it is Ms Viard's preference. Alas most of the "total looks" don't work for me, unlike the local customers who embrace it wholeheartedly. The allure is debatable.

Yes, it’s Paris directive..
To me they run true to the size. Sometimes black is smaller than the white, I had this problem with the spring summer pants.
The fabric is a bit thick and stretchy. I haven’t worn them much, as I don’t think they are flattering on me..

We are always our harshest critic. They look great on you, the whole look is fab!
Even when I buy a coordinating top and bottom, I prefer to try to break them up to avoid the whole dressed like a doll feeling. At least with chanel bc on me it looks too done. It’s odd, but I don’t mind the whole look in Dior. Maybe bc I think Dior knows it’s over the top. JMO for myself; I actually do like the coordinated look on others. Thinking. . . the exception for me is a navy blue boucle ensemble. I layer a navy vest and skirt in boucle with a double faced navy pea coat from i thin consecutive seasons. Am a bit freaked out bc after years of uneventful storage, a pair of patent front, suede backed pants is a bit sticky. So I’ll be off to the dry cleaner later.

The best I have ever done is wear a Chanel to Costco, Home Depot and Ralphs/Gelsons Market. I went very low key and wore an Hermes bag with my jacket and only wore one pearl necklace. Now that I see that I can bling it up for late night marketing, in the same jacket, I will definitely give it a try. That is unless the DH catches me first and grabs my car key from me.
*Oh and I have to tuck in the jacket for the allure of the season*
