I am trying to find a picture of the purple one. Posting pictures is not my best thing. I will try later when I get some time. It's not exactly that they shipped 6 jackets when I only wanted two. The only real mistake they made was shipping two pink/blue when I wanted a pink blue and a yellow. But their customer service is terrible. When I called to tell them of the mixup, the lady started off kind of condescending.
I just paid on the card so I didn't go over my limit. I will get a refund when all these jackets are credited. I had NM put the smaller size on my NM card and when the dust settles, she will move it to my Visa. I stopped using my NM card because I get 2.65% cash back on my Visa so it's a much better deal than gift cards with points.
The biggest pain is that I probably am going to go to Chicago tomorrow to return the two blue/pink jackets. Going to the city is a hassle because it's hard to park down there. Then you have to make an appointment or wait out front to go in. I really don't want to go on a Saturday. I could just mail them back and let them refund it. I don't know. I will figure it out. The lady was so apologetic, it was hard to be mad at her. She said you are being too nice about it and making me feel worse.
That jacket is beautiful! At first I didn’t appreciate it but it is so pretty and so light. And buttons !
Same. Every time I put it on, I am struck by how flattering this color is and honestly, I think it's one of those colors that most people look good in.
Thanks. I didn't really explain it all right because the timeline got confusing to even me. lol. But I guess it's a first world problem. Just kind of a pain now because we are going on vacation next Sat and I want this all taken care of but I have a million things to do for getting ready for vacation. I am going to be in Orlando for a few days and I will go to the Chanel there. How much do you want to bet they have the yellow one there? She said one of the Florida stores had it but she didn't tell me which one. She did promise that if she couldn't get it to me by early next week, she would hold it for me until I got back. Mainly I just like a little time to live with a jacket to see if it works for me. Two weeks is kind of short but I understand why they only give you that long. I do like that Saks and NM give you a month.
Hello everyone! Thanks @880 for pointing me to this wonderful thread. Would anyone know a trustworthy sales in Europe? Long story short, I’ve had a few pretty awful experiences at my local store, very unhelpful with “foreigners” like me.... to make the matter worse, the one sales I actually like is no longer at the store. I’m looking to work with someone for the long term on rtw and shoes, and fine jewelry (nothing but only casual pieces). I’m not a VIP but I’m a loyal customer. I’m based in EU so for tax purposes it would be the best for a sales also in EU (Germany in particular but I can do Paris as well). Really anywhere is fine, as long as they are willing to speak English with me. Thanks so much for your help in advance!! 
I have it and love it. Just going through this thread now, haven’t been on purse forum in a month. Let me know if you need modeling shots, I posted some awhile back too. This same jacket and color combo was featured on Emily in Paris too, I was so excited when I saw it cause we were twinsies on several of the items on that show.
Separately before I ask my SA, I figured you guys might know. Any idea on pricing on this Metiers jacket and when boutiques will be taking reservations?

My teal skirt showed up today and, alas, it does fit TTS (I was hoping it would run small). It will need to be taken in considerably at the waist. No matter - as others have pointed out, the Chanel magicians will be able to sort this out easily and sizing down shouldn't be difficult. I'm a few lbs up from my usual weight at the moment so I'll wait until I've back down to normal before taking it in.
I did want to post a picture so just cheated the waist for now with a belt. I can see why it's a little bit tricky to pair - I wanted to go with something that wasn't white or black and thought this was a decent option. Suggestions are welcome! I think a cobalt blue or peach top would be pretty as well.
And a close up of the tweed (pls ignore my funny looking hand here) - I know we've all seen it by now, but it really is so beautiful. I miss the spectacular tweeds of the Karl era.

Congrats on your purchase. It looks lovely and I’m sure it will fit beautifully when altered. Personally, I prefer to pair it with a simple ivory/ neutral silk blouse or tank. Even with a simple cashmere ecru sweater. The tweed is so special that I wouldn’t compete with it. The skirt is a statement piece.
