I returned a Chanel belt to Saks and got credit back next day after it was processed. Hopefully your payment due does not happen before you get the credit back.
what a story. Sorry to hear for this terrible experience. This is not acceptable - they ship 6 jackets but you only want two.
If you do not mind, I also love purple color. I am just curious which purple jacket did you buy?
Have them give you overnight labels for return because depending where you are sending back, it can take up to 5 days.
At minimum they can give you overnight labels for return.

Hi ladies. It’s been a year since I wore my attached cruise jacket. I noticed it has only three hooks at the top. Fir some reason I wanted to wear it closed but noticed no hooks on the button.
Can one of you check yours and confirm that yours is the same way...
I never paid attention till now

@Allisonfaye I gave up ordering jackets in this manner. I was just fed up with the sizing being all over the place. It is such a PIA to purchase like this that it has soured me on the whole process. I will just wait it out for the time when I can return to the store snd have something tailored. It’s not like I have crushing social engagements moment lo!

I am kind of done after this. I will most likely keep the purple one. Not sure about the multi yet and probably will not keep the blue/pink. DH likes them all so he's no help. Maybe if I tell him the prices...

Yes, I think she has enormous pressure to prove herself first, unlike Karl who had life-long contracts with both Chanel and Fendi which means he could do whatever he wanted and got away with it. That's why her collections so far have less wild imagination than Karl's :)
