Looks cute! Is it the zipper or the pocket placement? Looks like more space on one side than the other. Maybe you could move the pocket if that is the case?

ClassicTwist, so true on the pink cardi- it went poof! at my store, sold out completely! I love the way this pattern looks on the jeans in blue.
Since the picture posted is showing the same pocket placement, it has to be intentional. The question is why Chanel would do that? They should know that the women, at least on this thread, who buy the brand would pick that up because we are all pretty compulsive lololol!

Take them back and see if the tailor can remedy this. If you are really unhappy, just return them. At these prices, you should be totally happy.

I bought the purple jacket a NM in a size larger than the last jacket I bought. Decided I wanted to try the multi color yellow jacket so I called Saks and they sent it to me in the same size. At the time, I asked about the size difference and she happened to have the bigger size and said it ran small. It didn't. She just HAD that one and that was easier for her to send. Took it to NM to talk about whether to alter and they said I needed to smaller size. Told Saks SA I was sending it back and asked if she had the smaller size. Didn't hear back. Texted Chicago SA and asked if had the blue/pink jacket in smaller size. Didn't hear back. Finally called customer service who referred me to a SA in Vegas. SHE called me. Said she had the blue/pink and would send. Said she would remote send the yellow in the smaller size. Meanwhile, another SA from BH calls me and says she needs my credit card. I sent her a picture of the jacket I wanted and she sent me the wrong one by mistake. Not really sure how that happened. She somehow got pictures of both but I only sent her the multi yellow picture, I think. In fact, I am not even sure how she got my number. Meanwhile, Vegas didn't understand why BH called and asked for my credit card since she did a remote send and it hadn't even been charged yet. BH was fabulous and profusely apologized. Will send smaller yellow jacket. Finally, today, SA from Saks texts and asked if I still need the blue/pink and the yellow in the smaller size. I say no. She says it looks like they sent you two pink/blue jackets. Called Vegas and it turns out they did send two of the same jacket. Ugh. I am exhausted by this point. Then I tried on the purple jacket and realize that was probably too big in the first place and I need the smaller size in that one. I love the blue/pink one...but not really on me. Not sure why exactly. So now I have on my credit card: Two purple ones, two pink/blue ones, and two yellow multi and if they had sent the remote send one, they would have had another one on my card but we stopped that one.
Is this all worth it?

Wow, what a mix up. Can you cancel some of them if not shipped yet. Lately Chanel service is not as great as it used to be. Buying a handbag is the same thing ....
Which purple jacket did you buy?
credit card should show pending charges but once they cancel the purchase, pending will be removed. So they should not charge you at all.
I am sorry to hear all the trouble you went thru fir one jacket.
They had already shipped it and couldn't stop it. She tried. She tried to see if they could just not deliver it and send it back but I have to accept and and send it back. I might take it to the Chicago store sat because I don't want my credit card to have those two jackets on it that I am not keeping. We are going on vacation soon and my card is going to be maxed out. I like to use that card because I get cash back for travel. And the Saks one was delivered on Monday so I don't know how long it takes them to process the refund.
Oh my goodness that is exhausting. So sorry
