Hi everyone, I managed to get it change! I can't be any happier, the SA at NAC was the sweetest I swear. She told me she understand how I feel and told me it's the defect on the leather and changed to a new piece for me. This time round she even checked it for me to make sure everything is in perfect condition! I'm so happy!! [emoji1][emoji1]
