Yes I can't thank her enough she is sooo sweet. Will definitely take a picture tonight when I get home! Her name is Doreen, she is so kind. She kept assuring me and tell me that she understand how I felt etc. I didn't even have to feel a bit uncomfortable for exchanging. Do look for her, the next time I make any purchase I'll be sure to find her too. She told me all SA should be able to detect this problem so she was doing a thorough check for me just now, I was just wondering why the SA at MBS did not notice it and just simply sold it to me ☹️ but it's all fine, just very happy with the new bag as well as the kind service! Yay

Oh, you bought it at MBS. Actually, I prefer to shop at NAC boutique. Don't know why. :noworry:

I find sa in nac friendlier. :) I bought my very 1st chanel in MBS. N the nxt day I brought bk cos I noticed a dent at the base of my sq mini. I was served by different sa each time as I do nt hav a fix sa. I was new to chanel n I dun hav the 'feel at home' feel..
Few weeks later I brought my bag to nac as the leather on the chain came peeling off. The guard at the entrance helped mi to get a sa to attend to mi by using their earpiece? V efficient. I saw an sa walked towards to mi n v friendly! He helped mi to expedite the repair( which he promised n did it!). 2 weeks later I went bk to nac n the guard saw mi holding the collection receipt. He straightaway use his earpiece to communicate with an sa. Everything went smoothly. They r v professional n efficient. :) jus to share.. :))

i'm surprised to hear that the service is better at NAC. for me personally, i went to MBS twice and felt that their service there is better, more attentive and patient. at NAC, i always get the feeling that nobody wants to serve me (maybe i wasn't dressed up?) or that i always couldn't find an available SA (perhaps because it's the weekends?)... not sure but i still prefer NAC as it's the flagship store and supposed to have more selection than MBS....

I always prefer the MBS one cos the first time I wanted to buy a chanel necklace for myself as a 21st bday present but NAC one sold out and I went down to the MBS one and eventually found something that I like even more and bought it there. It was a very pleasant experience for me as the SA was nice but she didn't give me her name card though. And I always thought it's less crowded over there so I went to the MBS one to get my boy recently. Sort of think that MBS outlet will be my go-to and a place for good memories [emoji23] I think it's just me. But I'll probably just visit NAC one solely because of the kind SA that served me earlier on :)

I went NAC earlier this afternoon but nobody bothered about me, I stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes at least. I approached an SA, the moment she hear that I'm here for an exchange immediately she cut me off and told me she is serving another customer and walked off.. MBS one was fine I Guess. Initially I walked in on the second floor looking for the bag I wanted, but maybe they think I wasn't gonna buy so I didn't really feel welcomed from the vibe they gave me. Till I was on the first floor and think the SA could tell I was sincerely here to buy. Probably cos I'm 21..?
