I also feel mbs has better service[emoji51] NAC SA tend to bochup me. I last went to mbs to exchange a bag.. the SA made me feel so at ease. Also, mbs got some points system[emoji57] NAC has nth

He straightaway use his earpiece to communicate with an sa. Everything went smoothly. They r v professional n efficient. :smile: jus to share.. :smile:)

Wow, 21 so young. Envy. Age isn't a matter when comes to buying luxury goods. :nuts: But I notice something, if I carry a Chanel bag walk into the boutique and sure will have SA comes forwards to entertain me. :giggle:

Another thing, I do like SA who always check on their mobile for text regularly so that she can be more efficient to reply me when urgent. I ever met an SA who took donkey years to reply my text. Sometimes, a week later! :cursing: Eventually, I dumped that SA. :blah:

I've been lusting over chanel for many many years and always have been my dream to own one by 21 [emoji85] I rmb I walked into YSL carrying just a balenciaga mini but nobody cared about me too, but the day I bought my chanel bag I was window shopping around and walked into YSL with the paper bag the SA was so enthu and kept recommending their classics for me to try haha

Haha!! My 1st n 2nd visit were in mbs. Without my toddler. 2nd visit was the exchanged due to the dent. The sa looked at mi n asked mi to check properly for the new piece. Cos i'm new i nt sure how to check the bag when i bought it n I didn't removed the black felt cloth while checking. :( only noticed the dent when i at home.. 3rd n 4th visit ( for the repair n collection) I brought my toddler with mi. He still bb la to mi haha!!

When I was 21, I haven't even own a single luxury good. :giggle:

Actually I really have to thank my very loving bf, he offered to pay half for me as my bday present next year (Jan) and I've been lurking around this forum and some kind TPFers told me there is caviar boy and we eventually decide to buy it [emoji1]
