I had the same vibes in the second floor too but I went there to look for my S.A, who is very nice. The other SAs there didn't give off a friendly vibe whereas the first floor has always been very helpful whenever I needed to ask. But I always walk into Chanel carrying a chanel bag just to show that I am a customer.
I don't think Chanel invests alot in customer service or quality control. Even when they raise their prices they know ppl will just keep buying their bags, shoes, fashion etc.
That's why recently I like going to Dior because they treat you like a princess. I believe they invest alot in service training. The Dior ppl are amazing.
