I just came home to inspect my bag thoroughly again before bringing it down to the boutique tmr, and I realise there's this dent in the middle part at the clasp area.. is this normal? And I took a pic with flash on and realise there's the chain mark at the top part of the bag. I for sure have never left the chain on the bag as the SA that served me told me not to do so, but now I realise this. Is this normal or am I being too anal [emoji30]

The part near the clasp is normal .... mine is also like that.
The part on top of the flap..... Sorry honey.... it looks like either caused by opening of the flap or the chain sitting on it. I think you'll have to bring it back... [emoji58]. Hope it works out for u.....

Yeah I specifically put the dust bag over it and keep the chain away from the quilts.. wouldn't have noticed it if not for this photo that I took to send my bf..

Yeah, chain should never rest on top of the bag. Always rest them at the front/back of the bag. :smile:

Now only worry the SA may point the arrow back to you saying that you cause the dent. :doh:

Yes I used it lightly a couple of times, but I always make sure I'm very careful with it and whenever I put it down I'll always leave the chains at the back and away from the quilts. Definitely not on top of it.. it's my first Chanel bag and I've saved a few months for it tgt with my bf. I'll be so upset and disappointed at the service if they really won't do anything about it. But I really love this combination though.

WHAT?! that's disgusting. how could they tell you that?! and yes, i read in tpf with people using the bags and after which wanna return to the stores deter me from getting the bags overseas especially europe and usa. i'm worried it will be a "preloved" bag when i'm paying full retail price. hai and i saw a post stating tt u got the lv pm!! i'm sure it's a beauty!!

this bag is so gorgeous! but i won't get it because it's impractical to me.. wouldn't know how to match it and the sequins might be a problem in the future.

:crybaby:Can hear your pain as in how your Boyfriend and you saved for months for the boy. Yours is caviar? How come caviar can be so delicated to dent? I thought lambskin will get dent more easily. :annoyed:

I don't buy LV in Europe. The reason is not worth to spend on LV in Europe. I will use the opportunity to get Chanel or Hermes as the savings will be much more and worthwhile! :graucho:

Yea we can change it to other design ....

Yeah I don't know how to match it too lol plus everyone I know hates it .... love my new red boy though :)
