Europe or SG SA told you to use it and exchange later?? I don't think SG LV allows that. But I heard people from oversea said oversea LV allows to use and exchange it if condition is still good. :confused1:

I always told my SG LV SA to order from warehouse because usually I don't buy those stock available (somehow or rather condition not so good sometimes) in the boutique. I trust my SA will order from warehouse as she has been with me for nearly 10 years. :hugs:

I recently bought the last "new piece" of the PM. You know how highly sought after they are...[emoji45]! So since its available I took it. But as it's not from the warehouse.... there will always be this nudging feeling inside me. Although I checked the condition seem to be fine. But LV has really given me a bad aftertaste. I just hope mine doesn't have any issue. U know... Sometimes things just crop up after some use....

I just came home to inspect my bag thoroughly again before bringing it down to the boutique tmr, and I realise there's this dent in the middle part at the clasp area.. is this normal? And I took a pic with flash on and realise there's the chain mark at the top part of the bag. I for sure have never left the chain on the bag as the SA that served me told me not to do so, but now I realise this. Is this normal or am I being too anal [emoji30]

You got the Palm Springs backpack pm? Palm Springs always stock low. I got the Palm Springs mini before the official launch date. :smile:

No... I gave up on that one after what the SA told me.
I just bought the pochette metis. Which is insanely out of stock. So I took the "last new piece" of infrarouge which luckily for me....was available when I asked. But not so for my wallet....[emoji6].
The SA insisted it was brand new and not a reject from another customer... and that I was lucky to catch this new shipment.
