i bought a beige lambskin jumbo from hk way back, i unwrapped the wrappers to see if i really want to change it.. n thereafter i brought it to the boutique back in sg to change the colour.. but alas, the sa refused to let me change saying that there is scratch (which i didnt even noticed when i bought it).. was quite angry at tt time cos i didnt even use tt..
thou i dun mind keeping the lambskin eventually..

They won't give magnetic box. They're quite stingy with their boxes. Maybe you can try asking.

sigh finger cross the SA is nice enough to give me one since i gave them a magnetic box when i did an exchange lol

Not to worry. This is my burgundy lambskin and so far ok. Buy something you even after many days later and you still feel that you still like the bag a lot and that's the one!

Lol my silver vanity bag. Its comes with the luggage tag like thing right. I couldn't bear to remove the protective sticker for the cc lock so when i push the lock back into the tag, the sticker scratched the tag. View attachment 3558017
The tag. The scratch is on the inside. Stupid me didn't realise that it was e sticker that caused the peeling. So when i pulled the lock out to admire it again and then push it back, another part got peeled[emoji57]

Oh, so to say the tag is the one which peeled? Not the bag. Then you can try to request to purchase the parts from Chanel. The tag considers as parts I guess. It's removable, right?

thats what i heard .... my chanel usually bought from overseas so all in magnetic boxes ..... this time no choice as the bag i bought was seriously disliked by everyone who saw it lol so i decided to change it. Hopefully my SA will be nice enough to give me a magnetic box .......
