Does anyone know how much a classic, quilted WoC (preferably black) is in Italy? Also, is this readily available in the boutiques? I'm interested in the Rome, Venice, and Florence locations!

Hi Tahoma, I bought the red WOC in lamb skin in Florence last month for Euro 1450 but stock are minimum there, I suggest you buy at Venice or Rome.

I stopped in the Florence store last week. It was very small. I didn't really notice any jewelry or shoes, but they did have some classic WOCs. Sorry, not much help.
The Rome store was larger but didn't have any caviar WOCs. They had a few lambskin.
I wasn't looking for bags anymore by the time I was in Italy so I only browsed a couple stores briefly for WOCs and SLGs

Hello. My friend is visiting Italy (she lives in the US) and on a whim one night this week bought a Chanel Jumbo. She is still in the coutry, travelling. She had buyer's remorse and tried to return it the next day but they told her there are no refunds, only credit. Is that really the case? I know in the US you can return for a certain short period and they will refund you.
She is leaving Italy in about 2 weeks to come back home. If she takes credit, could she use it here in the US? Or would she have to buy something in Italy specifically to use it up.
Also, if she brings the bag back to the US and tries to return it at a US Chanel boutique, would that be an option for a refund (or a US store credit)?
I feel so bad for her and I am trying to help her out of this.

She could resell the bag in the US. I'm sure she was able to purchase it for less than retail in the US so she could easily sell for the price she bought it for.
I just checked my invoices from Amsterdam and rue Cambon, on the back is the same information: articles can be exchanged or returned within one month in the country of purchase and the store credit have to be used within 12 months in the country where the boutique have issued the credit.
Also: returns in a country other than the country of purchase are possible subject to legal rules and to Chanel's commercial policy applicable in the country in which they are returned. It is the customer's responsibility to enquire about the terms and conditions applicable to returns in the country in which they are returned.
So info of the invoice from Italy should be the same. Also I have read that some have exchanged bags in the U.S. bought in Paris. But if your friend just want to return I think it's best to resell.

Would it be possible for you to post a photo of the Terms & Conditions on the back of the invoice? I'm Italian and I can translate it for you.
Generally speaking, I believe that if your friend returns the bag to an Italian store and gets a credit voucher in exchange, this can only be used in Italy.
