Is this true that Spain is 16 percent? Last year it was lower than Italy which was at 14 percent vat please confirm

I received 16% refund in January.

They've increased it to attract the tourists.

Sorry for this newbie question, so according to this thread, it looks like France is 12% while Italy is 14%. So if I buy mini in Italy, but I am flying out of Nice, France, will I be getting 12% since I am leaving out of France or will I be getting 14% back since I bought the bag in Italy?

Also, the bag I am looking at is 1790 euros. So is the 12%/14% off of the 1790 euros? Or do I just pay 1790 euros and not charged tax on it?

Does anyone have any new SA recommendations in Cannes, Nice, Florence, Rome, Torregrossa and Venice? Hopefully I can find my perfect boy there! Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I'm going to Italy this May, any idea where i can find a medium classic flap in Caviar and GHW ? I will stay in Cortona (close to Florence )and travel to Rome maybe other places. I will also go to Berlin but i thought the best place to buy chanel might be Italy, but i am not so sure about the stock situation between each city, could you guys give me some advice? Thank you very much.
