When people say one or two "bags" what does that mean? Do Wocs count? Do seasonal bags count? In the past month I bought two Wocs and a classic mini seasonal, so I'm just wondering if Chanel won't sell to me now... or if unintentionally got around a limit by shopping at different stores.

A woc counts as a small leather good not a bag. The mini counts as part of the quota.

Is there a thread on invites to Chanel runway shows such as the one in Paris? Curious what level of spend is required to be considered for an invite. Or is it not based solely on spend? Of course influencers and celebrities get invited all the time but I’m not talking about those clients.

I really like this one! I love dark chocolate-brown bags, I find them very classic and elegant so this colour would never put me off. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the patent, does Chanel patent get sticky over time?? I love the look of it but I've never been brave enough to buy one

Hi, has anyone noticed how the Chanel mini flap straps are rigid and not so fluid or malleable of late? I noticed this on many of the 24B flap bag straps. I haven't noticed this pre 23S but it has increased lately. Chanel leather woven strap chains used to be like jewellery, now just kinky.

It’s not just the level of spend. It’s other intangibles, like loyalty to a specific boutique. I store hop when I’m traveling, and despite my SA and the assistant manager gunning for me for a Paris show, the boutique manager said no.
I attended the MDA launch party in NYC— it was a mix of high potential new clients, old royalty, and the manager’s husband’s childhood friend.
As for influencers, there’s a separate event for them the day after.
