Today I found out I own a vintage tweed, a little over 20 years old! Original gold plating, no torn leather or popped stitches. Its almost pristine so I tossed it in the bin with the other newer models. I didn't expect such good news. I was going to cosign but now I feel like I own something so precious.

I have a pinky nude reissue 226 size and I am considering selling it for a wallet on chain (or multiple ). I feel like I had my trial and error period with Chanel and have recently come to the conclusion that WOCs fit my lifestyle the best, I carry next to nothing and prefer that way. During the day when I am out and about and need to carry more stuff, I use a canvas bag. I have a reissue mini and feel like it is a little too “fat” in width for my liking. My only worry is I might regret selling my reissue 226 down the line when I do start to carry more stuff? Should I sell it now because I do not use it and buy something I will use everyday or keep it because you never know? I would love you ladies’ thoughts. Thanks!

Would you buy a preloved Chanel at Vestiaire Collective? Is the authentication Service trustworthy?
If you don't NEED the money I would actually keep it and see if you will use this in near future. As the price increases I would definitley wait till u are 100% sure
I am not a known of the details of chanel bags. Is it patent leather? Maybe its because of that

Just had to share my unreal experience at the Venice Chanel boutique with the most awesome Chanel SA ever - Beatrice Messina at the Calle Larga XXII Marzo outlet. Booked an appointment on a Sunday, walked in to meet Beatrice, who was super apologetic that their Sunday stock was low. Told her I was after a "So Black" and whatever else caught my eye.
She gave me the heads-up that they'd restock on Monday and promised to text me in the morning. Fast forward to the next day, I'm in line for St Mark's Basilica when I get this excited text from Beatrice with a pic of the pearly So Black mini. Ditched the line and made a dash to the boutique. We got there right as they opened, met Beatrice, and there it was - the new So Black. I was on cloud nine and bought it on the spot.
Beatrice asked if there was anything else, and I mentioned wanting the Classic Flaps. She said they'd likely arrive the next day, and wouldn't you know it, she messaged me again and boom, I was back. Bagged the Classic Flap M/L in black caviar with gold hardware.
But the shopping spree didn't stop there. I also grabbed the Classic Mini Pouch, Classic Cardholder, and an Iridescent Pink Lambskin Chanel 19 WOC. Beatrice also showed me this Premiere Edition Originale watch, but I passed since I'm not into wrist bling.
Can we talk about how incredible Beatrice is? She's like my personal Chanel angel who answers all my prayers. And it's not just her impeccable taste, she's super sweet and down-to-earth. I've had the privilege of shopping at various Chanel boutiques across the world, and I must admit, the refined and unparalleled experience that Beatrice provides stands out conspicuously in an era where such exceptional service seems to have become increasingly scarce. Black really isn't my colour, but really loved the chain on the bag I saw in the boutique today(and I have been looking for a camera bag...)
@Cab2407 I don’t have a WOC but I have bought a base shaper for my C19, to be quite honest, for the C19 it didn’t make any difference at all, and it didn’t stretch the leather. I have seen YouTube videos and posts where others have used the shaker on WOCs and haven’t reported any damage.
@Stephanie*** what bag are you referring to? On my C19 it didn’t make any difference and hasn’t stretched the leather maybe because the lining is fabric idk. I have not used the products on handbag spa sorry, let us know how it goes if you decide to use them.
Hey there, can anyone speak to the smell of a metallic lamb leather? I purchased this from TRR and had it authenticated by Zeko who said it's authentic but I just can't get past the smell--it's a sweet/chemical scent that totally masks any leather smell. Anyone know if this is normal? It came with all the stickers still on and looks to not have been used at all..
