Sorry I can't be of much help as I prefer darker, more saturated colors in general and don't really have any light colored leather goods. :sweatdrop:

Meta, what do you think of the Swift Option? Do you think it will be durable? I also saw the box option on the website and what tempted, but decided not to go for it as I fear due to scratches, it would look beat up pretty fast and I am. Or sure whether the spa on slg would come at a reasonable price....

I had a Calvi Robot in Swift but didn't really use it much while I had it so I can't detest to its wear. I have bags in Swift (Kelly 25, Bolide 27 and Kelly Pochette) but didn't have much issues as I rotate my bags. Sorry I can't be of more help. I have the exact same Black Box Bastia which I posted on the Finds thread but only use it to store headphones, so not much wear either. :sweatdrop:

I ordered a SO Bastia in Swift last night and then kind of regretted it. I read some threads on Swift and also looked at my evercolor Calvi and noticed it is decently scratched up with very little use. My chèvre key holder gets daily use and still looks great.

Happily, H called me today about the order in Swift (just to say it would be 8 weeks) and I was able to cancel it and re-order in Epsom. Looking forward to trying the Calvi/Bastia combo instead of a bigger, fussy wallet (although I do drool over the Bearn!).

Does anyone know or have heard rumors if SO bastia will be offered in the US? I have an opportunity to order threw a personal shopper in europe but a pricey extra charge. Thanks in advance for any intel.

Apparently it will be available next year but that’s rumours as it’s currently piloting in France & Germany!

Nice! I posted on another thread, but here is what I got on the Germany site.

H called me the next day which worried me, but they just wanted to let me know it would take 8 weeks. It says that when you order the SO so no surprise there.

But when they called, I did cancel my original order as I regretted the Swift (better color choices, but I want a sturdier leather) and I did a new order in Epsom.

Finally made up my mind as to which colour combination I wanted and have just placed my special order for another Bastia. So I will have a horseshoe item from H after all despite not following up on my shop’s offer last year of a SO HAC.
