I have had it happen to a number of designer bags...Gucci and Dior, etc (all purchased in the early 90s). I was told by a SA at Dior it has to do with the bag in the light / UV rays and the glue products that are used on the bags over time this glue has a reaction and it plays a part in the bag yellowing. I current have three white Chanels all bought this year and I pray to God they do not do the same thing.:sweatdrop:
I have a Gucci that has turned yellow evenly and looks more cream than white - so I still carry it....
Your concern is a valid one.

My white cambon I have had since Jan of 2004 and not a single bit of color changing yet. I bought a white caviar reissue this summer - too new for any noticeable color changes.

this season's dark white classic flaps look cream coloured to me, so even if yellowing does occur, i don't think it'll make a huge difference.

What size does the dark white classic flaps come in? I was told there was only pure white available now ... does it come in the medium size or only jumbo?

the dark white (blanc fonce) classic flaps came with the new bijoux chain only i think? not the traditional straps. The classic flaps with the traditional flaps are the true white ones. I'm pretty sure there were both medium and jumbo sizes for the dark white though! HTH :smile1:
