Honestly there are so many scammers and accounts selling superfakes I would stay clear from any random account you come across. They are a dime a dozen and it would be impossible to keep up with all of them.
Also, allow me to play the devil's advocate (again; i tend to do this alot lol):
Let's say someone asks "Has anyone purchased from ABCJOEBOB?" and Abcjoebob is on TPF under another user name and RAVES about Abcjoebob. (or any random Troll decides to mess with us and vouch for Abcjoebob.) Would you really trust a random user's recommendation? What makes any of us qualified to vouch for a particular e-seller anyway?

I have recently purchased from @thefrontrowparis on IG and highly recommend this sweet seller. She was so kind, honest, professional, and extremely patient with all my questions. I requested a PayPal invoice just for peace of mind. The item was delivered in 4 days from France via DHL and arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely buy from her again.
Interesting, I have purchased from her previously but last time I wanted to purchased she refused to allow PayPal invoice, which I found weird given I had purchased from her multiple times previously. I ended up not purchasing.
According to her, she's currently making changes with the company. Our transaction was done last week, so I think she probably accepts PayPal invoice now.

I was genuinely interested in getting pearl crush from Paris boutique. Shocked at the reply. (I don't post many photos on IG but it is my real account... I'm more of an IG follower than poster).

I don't post anything on IG. I pretty much just use it as entertainment and follow accounts I am interested in and have never had anyone question my account. I have purchased from thefrontrowparis previously without any issues. Although they always allowed PayPal payment but last time I was ready to buy and she would not allow PP despite the fact that I was a returning customer. That felt odd to me so I ultimately didn't purchase from her again. I have purchased from chl_couture and stilllookingforluxe in the US and they were both fantastic.
Paris Personal Shop - She must have been having some trouble with people trying to scam etc as she just made a separate account for returning clients. I saw her post on this but I didn't bother to ask for access to the other account because, while I have inquired about a couple of things in the past I haven't purchased. Much like you I just follow some accounts I'm interested in and don't post. I wouldn't take it personally. Legit sellers have to protect themselves too.
As for the Front Row, I actually really like her (she got me something from Avenue Montaigne in the past with a direct link to pay store) but I did then have an issue that annoyed me. I was purchasing a HTF LV and my bank was being stupid and wouldn't let me hook up to transferwise. I decided to use my other account but I needed to transfer in. I didn't want to make her wait so I wired it my other account so it would go instantly costing me 35.00. Well I'm all ready to transfer, she tells me to let her get a hold of her client first. I was like huh? Usually when a PS is selling for a client or taking a consignment and not getting from the store, they say so. She did not, in this case. So here I am rushing like a madwoman and incurring wire fees so I wouldn't make her get uncomfortable that I was going to flake, possibly sell to someone else etc, and guess what? Her client GHOSTED her! She just never answered her texts or messages. She probably changed her mind or found a direct buyer. Not really something she could control, but like I said ANNOYING!

May I please ask how you know? She has a bag that I have been desperately seeking but saw the comment here and now I’m doubtful!
I am about to spend alot with them so I was hoping you could tell me if you ended up purchasing anything?if so was it a good experience please
