I did end up receiving my bag in the end, but it took about two months. It was pretty frustrating. I know she is a "trusted seller" by many, but that lack of communication for such an expensive item has pretty much guaranteed that I won't be a repeat customer. I hope your purchase ends up working out!

It depends, was recently looking around for the 17B rose gold and was quoted USD 12,300 for the bag which is unjustifiable so I did not buy from that seller. I got my Diana last year from vintagechanelclassics and had a good experience.

Hi - I have not but would personally definitely buy from them if the right bag came along! From my knowledge, seller is recommended by many other trusted sellers. Quick response, great condition finds and the prices are very fair. They are based in Singapore and ship internationally. In my opinion, I believe they are a trusted, legitimate seller and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a bag from them. Hope that helps!

I purchaed a bag from a popular IG seller 100k+ followers is it common practice that although they have PayPal for payment they also ask you to sign a credit card authorization form with your cc info? I thought the whole point of PayPal is that they couldn’t get your cc info :/

Also another odd thing I noticed is that this seller didn’t take down the bag from their website after I purchased and they shipped it out. Not sure if they have multiple of the same bag but it seems like they also used the same photos!

Has anyone used an instagram personal shopper to find a hard-to-find off season bag? Do you have any recs? Looking for a specific bag from 2015, so not exactly new and not exactly vintage. They would have to ship to the US.

oooh that's a tough one. since you're looking for a particular bag, chances are re-sellers are limited to what comes their way in terms of people looking to offload their older bags. you may have better luck with the more established re-sellers who get a lot of volume, like Fashionphile and Yoogi's Closet.

Hello, has anyone recently used Gabriel Waller? If so how was your experience? Initially her team are really friendly with responding to your request but now they haven't provided an update on whether or not they were able to find the item (it's been 2 weeks and for a 21B shoe I would think it would be easier to confirm or deny if it's available). I've contacted her through email as I don't have IG so i'm wondering if that's the issue. Thank you in advance for any feedback.
