I am going through the same thing right now with Luxurytholic, and I’m really stressed about it. This is my first time dealing with a PS, and I paid for my bag over a month ago and have received virtually no updates on the order. She said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks and had to be shipped to her first from Korea...and that hasn’t happened. Mind you, it would then need to be shipped from HK to the US. I told her I was uneasy with this and have asked for updates every week and pretty much gotten none or been told to “just wait a bit longer.” This week, I asked to cancel the order and for a refund because I’m not comfortable with this transaction at this point. When I’d asked for an invoice initially when I purchased, she didn’t do so. I’m patient, but I’m also not trying to get scammed out of nearly $5K. I saw so many trusted reviews for luxurytholic from other members and on the Chanel FB group, and so I thought she was a trusted seller. I don’t know what to do at this point.

I am facing the same issue with Luxurytholic now too. Have made full payment for a Chanel mini square. She keeps telling me it has been shipped but till now, 3 weeks on, I have not received it. She sent me a tracking number. But when I checked with FedEx, it was not to my name nor address. She is not reply again too. So have u received your bag or refund from her?

Hi! I recently purchased a bag from her. I paid through cc rather direct payment as I was not comfortable with that form of transaction, so I cant speak on experience regarding direct payment. She replied in a timely manner and provided me tracking as soon as she shipped the item (DHL express). She also contact me if there's any shipping issue (without me ever having to contact her first). She's based in Singapore I believe. Bag arrived extremely fast. The estimated shipping time was roughly a week and it arrived within half that time frame.

She will answer all questions, provide additional info if needed, and is very accommodating.

I have interacted with her a few times and she seemed very nice. Also very knowledgeable. Never bought from her. She also has a YouTube channel. I believe it’s called Sophie curates. Her Instagram account also had the same name but she changed it recently. But lately her prices have been crazy high especially for the new seasonal items and mini caviars.
I just put a deposit for a next season item with her. Very expensive but the pricing structure is transparent.
