Industry Alert: Please Read & Share: SCAMMER ONES VINTAGE

I’m issuing a serious warning about Ones Vintage, a Hong Kong-based seller who has repeatedly lied to and manipulated clients and resellers — including myself.

My experience, along with that of many others, includes:
• False claims about item condition: I was sold a bag described as brand new, which arrived with visible signs of use. When I raised this, she denied even seeing the bag — despite having listed and sold it herself.
• Fabricated shipping delays: She frequently tells clients their items are “stuck in customs for over a month.” Anyone who regularly ships from Hong Kong knows that this is highly unusual. It’s a pattern she uses to delay accountability and avoid shipping after payment is received.
• Ever-changing excuses: She claims her team is off, she’s not in Hong Kong, or there’s a public holiday — including non-existent ones like Easter in China — just to stall communication and shipment.
• Delays in refunds: Even when she agrees to issue a refund, it takes months and repeated chasing. In my case, she resold the item but still hasn’t processed the full refund.

This isn’t an isolated case. I’ve spoken to multiple resellers and clients who’ve had similar experiences — misrepresentation, delays, excuses, and a complete lack of professionalism.

If you’re considering working with Ones Vintage, proceed with extreme caution. I’m happy to share more details privately if needed.

Thanks so much for sharing . I have found the behaviour of most HK sellers on insta suspicious ! And this was one of them too . I really hope you get your money back and no more people are scammed. I feel sellers who happily answer questions and are very transparent are the only ones i would trust

Don't buy from her! She's a notorious thief! She had another account before that, and another before that.... everytime she scams people and is reported on IG, but she's like a phoenix always rising from the ashes! She seems to have great access to everything and is fooling a lot of SAs from several brands acting just like a client. Right now she is posting Chanel sales in Euro, but there are none happening in Europe. I showed her pics to my SAs in Paris and they were all very surprised and concerned. They checked the phone number she mentionned on IG but can't find any purchases related to it. So she uses another phone number. I texted her to have info and she just answered me "you can order clothes and shoes at reduced price, limited quantities". So I sent her pics asking about prices and sizes, she read them but didn't answer. Maybe she's afraid because I used my French number to text her... idk

I purchased from them back in 2024. I was sent additional pictures of the item prior to shipping and the original purchase receipt was included. The item was as described and shipping costs were reasonable. They accept bank transfer. I was overall very pleased with my experience and I would purchase from them again.

Oops. This was my experience with BrandsLover SG, not luxury evermore. I got the two confused. Sorry for the misinformation.

Whatevery anyone does, do not buy from Monica Ranger on IG. She's changed her name, her latest IG account is Acinom SeaShell
She basically fly's to Portland and Europe and "fulfills" peoples shopping requests. Although, she doesn't like to be called a personal shopper, she asserts she's doing us a favor. HA HA.

You wont meet another more condescending person on the planet. She often fly's into those STOS events, acts incognito and acts like she's doing the world a service with her incredibly tacky physical appearance. I cant go into detail here [because she's very retaliatory, hell, she even sued her own landlord for over-helping her.]

But, she basically took my money, sat on it for a week and was angry that I asked where the item I paid for was.

So, just be cautious and STAY AWAY FROM HER.

There’s a page name la moda Plateforme , she gives the same vibes as the famous scammer Lux Department , she doesn’t accept any credit card or PayPal payment, they both have 1 thing in common they start with sharing the most sought after chanel ready to wear with 40% , 50% sales , they use this trick and unfortunately so many people has fallen into this trap , after Lux Department page has been reported so many times over social platforms, they have opened another page , please be awareView attachment 6004623

You’re absolutely right! I was scammed by Leurstyle two years ago. La mode plateform is the same exact scammer!! I engaged with her and she has the same tactics. Do not use her services. A poor lady in our community was just scammed by this nasty person claiming to be Helene

Hi everyone, just need some opinions or ideas. See, I've used Cocoapproved when buying some of my Chanels. Recently, I fancied two bags from them. One I paid, straightaway and then the other one I asked to pay in installments. My bf, offered to pay a part of the installment thru his credit card as my xmas/bday gift. I asked Cocoapproved if I can pay via card, she said yes but its with fees and I said okay. My bf paid with his card (Cocoapproved sent a payment link using Wise) and I sent the final installment thru BT. Cocoapproved then messaged me saying that I forgot to pay the fees. In my head, I assumed that Wise took some money from Cocoapproved as fees for our payment link. I asked her if Wise took some of our payment (not Cocoapproved but Wise). I was worried that Wise took the fees from her instead of me paying for it. So I asked for clarification and a screenshot, if Wise did took the money out. Tbf, I was confused of what was happening as Cocoapproved suddenly went defensive and making it seem I was causing issue when I was just asking. She then proceeded to refund the money saying its "BT only for installments" which was confusing me even more cause she said okay at first and then she backtracked. Also, I NEVER ASKED FOR REFUND. I asked how much do I owe her, yet she keeps sending the 2.5% fees rather than giving the exact amount (mind you at this state, I was thinking its best the amount comes from her so that there is no confusion). Then I asked her, 'as customers are we not allowed to raise questions etc' and she said yes - which is kind of concerning especially for a business like Cocoapproved. She was saying it is not normal to ask for bank statement as proof of fees (which I would understand had she communicated better rather than thinking of it as me making an issue). My main concern was that Wise took some of our payment to her to cover the fees. That was it. I intended to pay the incurred fees from Wise, if only she hadn't reacted rudely. I am so confused here. My bf is just waiting for his money back then I'll be sending the last installment thru BT and just cut ties with them (unfollow and all).

Hi, i got my bag in the end. But I had to go through hassle to wait for the money to return then sending her another payment. It was a simple misunderstanding that she blew out of proportion. I mean, her products are genuine tbf, I can atest to that. It was just unfortunate how it was handled and it did put me off from buying atm. Although, never say never 😊

Has anyone purchased from theccollectors before? She has very good reviews on carousell but I’m a little concerned because she only accepts transferwise or wire.

I signed up to give a review on theccollectors - she helped me source a chanel which was supposedly brand new and pricing of course reflects brand new resale price. Went for Zeko Authentication and found out its been used and there are paint of slightly different colour under microscope suggesting its been used and sent to bag spa before selling.

I won't recommend theccollectors especially if she claim selling you NEW UNUSED bags
