Hi all! I wanted to share my experience with momoland_tokoyo on IG. This was my first time using a personal shopper from social media. But I really wanted the Chanel stole I had missed out on purchasing last November. I was very nervous but gave it a shot.The seller was very kind, answered all my questions, worked quickly, and set timeframe expectations. I received pictures of the product, receipt from the Chanel boutique, and fedex tracking info. There were multiple payment options including PayPal Friends & Family and PayPal invoice with an extra 5% fee. I decided to use Wise which was super simple to enter the conversion from USD to JPY with the rate info. There is one more item I inquired about and most likely will purchase. Although I do hope it resurfaces for the upcoming Cruise launch. I hope this helps!

I personally have not purchased from them.
There was a random day I happened to walk past this shop at Beach Road City Gate.
They seem to be doing livestream inside. I peeped the name of the store and found them on social media.
So yes they have a real shop. Transaction wise I don't have any references.

Will update if I ever receive the bag. I hate confrontation and they’re making me feel bad for asking so much but all I want is a little communication. If you’re gonna go on vacation at least tell people? If you don’t have your stuff together at least tell me… highly don’t recommend even with their low prices this is not worth the anxiety and headache

really stressing over it as its my first time buying a bag on instagram, so hoping someone could reassure me that shes not a scammer please..

I was just about to buy a bag from them, thank you for your post. Did they sell you a fake bag or damaged real bag?

Did you have to be home to receive the delivery? I'm thinking of buying but not sure how I'm going to sign for a package when I'm not home during delivery hours.
