I'm interested in buying from her, but also a little scared (just in general). Do you know which Chanel Facebook group she is in? I'm referring to @that.collection in case anyone needs a memory refresh. Thanks!

For everyone who has purchased from Global Luxury Closet – did you have your items mailed to US from UK? Did you have to pay custom duty when the item arrived in US? The lady at Global Luxury Closet said she's never had US customers have to pay for custom import tax, but not sure whether to believe!

i did! she was really nice and patiently sent me pictures and all. i managed to get a beautiful milk tea vintage cf from her. but when i sent the bag for cleaning, i was informed that there was a small pen mark found inside the bag (which was not disclosed to me). wasn't sure if she was aware of that since it was found in the interior at the corner.

but it was a pleasant experience dealing with her and she was not pushy for the sale.

I’ve bought from Chanel vintage sale several times and she’s legit and has some great, if not overpriced, bags. And sorry but why would you be uncomfortable buying a bag that originated from Chanel China? They do have stores in China…

Hi All, I have just bought my 2nd bag from her (both Chanel minis). I recommend her for service and she has a really good network around the world to get those impossible finds. I would still of course try at my own boutique as you will need to prepare to pay a 10-20% ish premium for sure, including shipping (she is AU based). This is Octapershop I am talking about FYI

I have recently purchased two bags from Global Luxury Closet and did not pay custom duty when they were shipped to the US. Sasha is terrific and I highly recommend Global Luxury Closet - she sends plenty of photos and is very open about any flaws that she sees in the bags, plus the bags that I bought are gorgeous, were shipped quickly and packed securely, and were exactly what I expected.
