Omg I’m so sorry that happened to you! I hope you were able to get a refund or get it resolved somehow.

I’ve never purchased from a PS/reseller, but I think I may just pass and wait another few years for the perfect bag. I really don’t want to contribute to this kind of business, especially if they’re snatching up all the stock. It’s totally unfair!

Hi everyone! I am interested in preordering the 21c range from luxurytholic; however I have seen recent posts in regards to her miscommunication with customers - which makes me feel wary and nervous to place an order. Has anyone have had a good experience with her? She has been pretty responsive on IG, but I would like to know if there are any real customer reviews for her.

Does anyone here have any consignment experience with juliaroseboston? Seems to be the worst communication I’ve experienced with an IG seller. Not sure if it’s just a one-off but very frustrating. Sometimes takes a week to respond to a simple question. Definitely doesn’t seem to care about her consignors.

I’ve consigned two bags with her before and the experience was fine. She used to respond to inquiries quick but with her increase in followers, my guess is that it’s taking a lot more time to respond to everyone. I actually just consigned my 3rd bag with her - the bag arrived yesterday according to tracking info, and she sent me an email today letting me know they received it which I thought was pretty quick. In the past they would post your item within 1-2 weeks but I think it’s 1-3 weeks now. Overall I’d recommend if you’re not in a hurry to sell and can wait. Once the bag sells she’s quick to payout too. I think her commission is v reasonable compared to larger consignment companies like the RealReal. HTH!

Hi! I actually do have something consigned with her right now but my experience so far has not been good. Her commission is reasonable that’s why I chose her but probably never again. I am not expecting her to answer her email within 24 hours but a week+ to me shows a lack of care. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I believe this is what a lot of ppl complain about with her. Curious what is her commission percentage?

I’ve sold a couple of bags with her and her offers are always very fair. My bags get sold right away and money is deposited within 24 hr. She just takes a long time getting back with a quote and sometimes isn’t responsive with tracking but I’ve never had an issue and I always insure my shipping. Her fees can be a little expensive for smaller items but overall it’s much better than any other online resellers. There are cheaper IG consigners but she’s the most reputable and easiest process.

Warning: if anyone is considering _luxuryboulevard_, she’s a scammer. Claimed the bag is shipped from thailand.

I was almost going to transfer money through TransferWise. But then I saw in some of her past review photos that she used to be couturemelux. And previous posts in this thread said she’s a scammer that uses other people’s photos.

It was my very first time shopping, and she made it very convincing like she knew and was very helpful wiyh all the questions I had in mind, I first doubted but then I got my mind at ease because she was also very responsive. I transfered and nothing is back until now and she’s been ignoring my messages and my calls. I would also like to report that luxedepartments is a scam. TT Info to Sperbank Russia

Tim is the most trustworthy person. I have and would continue to trust him more than any other seller. No issues at all! He tends to price his items low so I don’t think there is room for negotiation, but he is very friendly so you can always send a message, especially if the item has been sitting around for awhile.
