I highly recommend @sawscloset... she’s such a sweetheart to work with. She is very patient as well. I must have asked her for a zillion pics and she sent them to me right away. The item I bought from her arrived flawless and the packaging was beautiful. I would definitely purchase from her again.

Hi guys, just a heads up and hopefully this prevents anyone from potentially being scammed.
Today I saw the 20C Grey Classic flap in both Medium and Small sizes for sale on the @TheLux_Theory (located in Sydney Australia).
And just now I saw the exact same image on the instagram story of @luxbuntoutou neither accounts tagged each other. The images are identical (as well as the photo frame and plant, and bench in the background).
Attaching screen grabs
That’s a worry :(

I recommend the the top timelessv0gue and cocoapproved. Try to stick with ones with already built up reputations. also love juliaroseboston. DO NOT buy from michele-katespade. On Fb she had a couple reviews and a small insta following but unreliable and scammer. Message me if you want more info on that matter

Of course! I had an issue with insurance since my package was “signed and delivered” yet I had proof it was never signed for and had the chance to get the insurance from it from usps, even had to open a police report but turns out she didn’t insure the bag at all just for the minimum when shipping priority ($100), her “reason” for not insuring it for what it’s worth (over 4k) was because it was “too much money” when I messaged on instagram about the issue and about a refund through zelle she ignored everything (another thing if seller insists on anythin but paypal Dont buy from them, example: michele-kate spade) and would make up excuses and put the blame on anyone but herself. Bag was officially labeled as lost and even said if anything happens I would recieve a refund but nope. I posted on the Reetzy FB chanel addicted page for advice and everyone agreed on questioning why a “professional seller” wouldn’t insure the bag for what it’s worth. the post gained a lot of attention (over 250 comments) and I was blocked and kicked out from the group, I assume from the negative attention I was bringing to buying second hand, anyways morale if this story is to not buy from her, warn others, and always make sure they insure the bag. She also knew this was my first Chanel purchase which is why I think she could go the cheap route. Hope this helps you and others, especially first time buyers like I was!

I should also mention, her payment methods (payment plans) may seem enticing but after doing some deeper research on her, it was extremely sketchy. She constantly insistedZelle or paypal friends and family only. I assume for issues like this. Paypal won’t refund you and Zelle won’t either no matter the circumstances. Again, evey seller I talked to on FB agreed that the seller (who I never outed) should refund no matter what, since the lost package was not my fault and was declared officially lost by usps as well and as a business, she handled the whole situation terribly.
