I never trust their promos/sales lol. Love them, but I swear they play with their prices a bit much.

Oh you're at the last hrs of your return then. Fashionphile usually does not respond back same day thru email. You will get a faster response by calling in most cases.
Right. I saw their reply response AFTER I sent the question in. FP never replied anyway.
sorry, I just saw this now. Really, not too bad. Abt less than a quarter of an inch. You have to lift it up to see it. It does irk me that FP did not disclose this.
I have discovered that a Hermes scarf I purchased from FF is not authentic. It has been in my drawer for several years.
I emailed them the listing from my purchase history zooming in on all the areas that are of concern. Their own pictures in the listing clearly show that the scarf is fake. (Why I did not authenticate the scarf at the time is beyond me - a separate issue)
It has been over 24 hours and have not heard back yet but know they are slow to respond. My concern at this point is the amount of time that has passed since I made the purchase ....but....
This statement is on their website: We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of each item we sell and we offer a lifetime return policy should any item we sell prove to be non-authentic.
Stay tuned. Obviously this has made me question every item I have purchased from them now.

Fashionphile was responsive and agrees that the scarf is not authentic. They have sent a label for me to return for a refund.
They honor their lifetime guarantee.
It’s a coveted design that commands high prices and is highly faked. Ironically I recently happened upon an article on this particular design and took a closer look at certain areas.
Wow! Im glad YOU discovered it was fake as FP did not! I'm glad you didn't have to put up a stink to prove it was fake. It would be interesting to see if they put it back online to sell. I hope not. Do you mind sharing a pic of the scarf?
Yes sometimes their sales just brings the price down to where it should have started off at in the first place, which sometimes is still over retail, at retail or just a tad below retail...like basically just saving you the tax off retail. Lol. It all depends on the items. I have gotten great "steals' before on unpopular items tho so those sales get my attention all the time.
I really should unsubscribe for a season so I get out of the loop of this viscious cycle that I am in with stocking their site and falling for their click bait.. LolI do both as some I get fomo over. Lol. Many times what I'm looking for was already marked down already by the time I see it so the timing just happens to be right and if a promotion is going on too, even better!
I just bought a Chanel bag for only 5% discount. I couldn’t wait because of fomo😁really wish they bring back 10% instead of 5 . Now it’s becoming so difficult to keep an eye on their sales and discounts cycles.
