I've always known for the discounts to drop every 30 days, amd never knew it dropped sooner; however just recently I noticed if an item is purchased with a discount and is returned, it stays at that discount that it was purchased at vs going back to the original listing price, which is nice.

yea, they'd added the 5%, I'm not sure what year that was, but as long as I'd been using FP the 30 day discount was 10%. now it seems like it's 5%. but I've also noticed that the discounted prices is maintained after a return/layaway cancellation!

They may not list things immediately after they buy, but who knows. :)
Hopefully the prices of the keepalls are lower then norm because they have so many. I wouldn't mind a Keepall for cheap. Lol

Oh great question. I'm not sure if you can type in a UPS (or Fedex) pick up location in the Ship to section. You may need to call FP to get a solid answer. You can ship to a friend that can receive your package as I'm sure you are aware of but also FP has their own pickup locations as well if you want to go that route an an option. You will see the options populate as you enter your info. For me it pops up on the following screen after I put in my home address.

I don’t think you can send directly to a pick up location, but what I’ve done is had it held at a location after they shipped it. Because of the security FP places on packages, you’ll just need to chat them to request the package be held. They’ll make the request with UPS on your behalf. Then You can just pick it up once it makes it to the location.
