Hi all!

Question: Does anyone have any experience with Fashionphile UPS package investigations? Are they usually successful?

My Loewe mini Hammock has been sitting somewhere in a local UPS distribution facility since Tuesday, July 18 without any movement or updates.

I contacted Fashionphile today and they immediately opened an investigation. Fashionphile Fraud and Risk Manager said to expect an update on 7/31 and a final claim decision on 8/9.

I'm already preparing not to receive my birthday bag, which is a complete First World problem but still disappointing.
UPS lost an Hermes bag that I purchased from fashionphile. They never found it but I did get a refund pretty promptly after their investigation.

Your Hermes?! Oh I am so very sorry. Thank you for letting me know. I'm glad Fashionphile stepped up and took care of you.

UPS is currently still investigating and looking for the package. I'm hoping it'll just show up at my building in a mail locker but hope is dwindling.

Fashionphile has 10% of select sale items! Code select10
Just saw someone bought a bag already at discount for $3190, added 10% off at $2871, then either the buyer cancelled or fashionphile cancelled, the bag went back to the new listing, now at $4595 plus 10% discount = $4136, hahaha guys please don't buy and cancel I was going to buy it when it drops a tab further

Is there a general timeline of when they start reducing the price of items that haven't sold? I'm new to them and saw something I liked but find it overpriced.

Yes, there is a timeline. I found this on aufaitfinds.com:

Items that have been available for 30 days get discounted 10%, at 60 days they are discounted 20%, and after 90 days the prices are discounted 30% off of the original price. The Last Call section is the first thing to check if you have never been to Fashionphile. These products that have been there more than 90 days will increase in percent discount by 1% each day until day 15, meaning you can get up to 45% of their already discounted prices.

I am just about to send in something for a quote. I was wondering what the wait time is these days and if the quotes have gotten any better.
This thread about consigning/selling to Fashionphile has lots of up to date info:

Quotes have definitely not gotten better unfortunately. I think they’ve gotten worse and they’re now rejecting items pretty consistently without even offering a quote. And I waited about a week for no thank you quotes

I think the discount schedule has changed to 5% intervals (Not sure how many days after listing ) up to 30%. Now they also do additional 10% on selected items more frequently than before.
Thanks for your answers. I now found what I was looking for on VC for over 25% less and in brand new condition. I guess this is kind of telling of fp's pricing...
