No problem! Thank you!I think the codes became valid today, on the 22nd. Apologies, I thought they were live when I received the FP email!
I found that out from a friend they don't seem to be communicating changes very well. They are also open on Saturday now at the Carlsbad location.FYI, Fashionphile changed its return policy. In the past they provided free return shipping label, not questions asked, not anymore. Now they will deduct $15.00 from the paid price. I just received a completely melted bag, what is not my fault and I have an issue just to give them $15.00 for this poor customer service (They did not disclose the issue on photos and obviously did not package the purse properly to prevent the damage.) They go from a glamorous to a very cheap customer service, sadly. I sent them an email, so I am curious what would be the response.
I experienced something similar: the bag had outward rips and tears not disclosed or shown in photos on the website. I can believe ‘melted bag’ as a description of what you did not expect to receive. I wish they were honest and transparent at least. I’m really sorry for your disappointment and that they didn’t disclose this.FYI, Fashionphile changed its return policy. I totally agree. That is the one thing TRR has on them. I'd asked that question a while ago and never got an answer.I bought something during their sale and it's too small so I sent it back. Sadly, it's my first $14.99 return feeand I can see how it can make you much more thoughtful about purchasing, knowing you might have to pay for it to go back. And with the limited time to send it back, too. I shipped it back within 24 hours. I've been shopping with them since 2013 and you'd think they'd have made some type of loyalty program by now, so long time shoppers and frequent buyers get breaks on stuff like return fees and deadlines.
