I tried doing a search through the thread but couldn't find this type of issue. Has anyone been able to get a price adjustment from Fashionphile when the measurements listed for the product don't line up with the item received? Others' experiences here seem to be unsuccessful on issues with condition like marks/scratches, missing items, and odors.
I purchased an item listed as 15" long and 9" tall but when I got it, I was surprised how small it was when I took it out of the box. Even at its flattest and unwrinkled, I could get generously 13.5" long and 8" tall. The width is squishier and harder to measure and I see how they could get the 5.5" listed, though really I'd say it was closer to 5".
I called and sent photos via email, but was told it would take up to two business days to review so I'm sitting on it for at least 4 or 5 days.
The bag itself is otherwise as described as far as condition and accessory items included. I like it and it seems to fit what I would need to carry without being too bulky so am not opposed to keeping it necessarily, but disappointed in the inaccuracy of something as concrete as measurements.
