Fashionphile is getting sloppy. I have been looking at a few Hermes Kelly’s and when I look at the picture on the mannequins lately, the bag may be the same color but they have photographed a 28 on the mannequin for a bag that is a 32 and Vice versa. They also have different hardware. I am all for efficiency and reuse pics if you have the same bag multiple times but come on, a 32 vs 28? That’s a big difference and when someone is considering spending $15k+? Come on

Silly me. I thought the pictures FP used were of the actual item being sold. How can you actually tell the condition of the item you are considering purchasing if fake photos are being used?

That is utterly inexcusable for a bag that costs that much. There are Japanese resellers who photograph a $200 wallet from every angle in existence, but FP can't be bothered to to get one measly mannequin shot for a Kelly? And especially when they've shortened their return window?!

Let's take bets, who is going out of business first TRR or FP, because they both seem to be sinking ships.

Absolutely TRR..payout is horrible and I keep getting messages asking if I want to consign prior purchases or clean out my closet. Every month seems like a new contact person. The last 2 Items I sent were a pair of leather balenciaga Boots currently going for 400 and a brand new DVF pants with tags that were sold..my payout was 12 bucks. I would rather gift anything else or sell it myself at this point.

OMG, how did that $12 even come up with, that's so horrible I'm sorry for your experience!

I had never sold anything to TRR, and your post just ensured me to believe it is not a company I would want to waste my time on.

I sent them a Tory Burch, used once to and from my office. They just listed it in “very good.” Said it had shape wear. Um, really? Don’t send them anything really valuable. I’m just gonna hang on go all of my stuff or donate it. This is too much mental juice to expend.

I’m trying to sell to fashionphile and have been waiting for quotes for over a week. Is this a typical turnaround time? In the meantime I’m fielding the lowball and shady offers I’m getting on Poshmark haha. I have quotes from The Real Real which I will end up taking if Fashionphile doesn’t come back with a reasonable offer. I just hate waiting in limbo. What are others’ experiences?

I have also been waiting over 2 weeks now. This is not normal. It used to be 2 to 3 business days. I emailed them last Wed and they said I would get a response in 2 days. Still no response. Sick of them.

Oh no! This is not what I want to hear. That’s terrible. Thank you for sharing though. Well now I’m not sure if I should take TRR up on their offer. They do payouts once a month so if I don’t get my bag there soon I won’t make the April 15th payout. I also don’t want to wait for the bags to sell on eBay or Poshmark. It’s not looking good there. I even had someone offer me $500 for my Lou Lou backpack in like-new condition. Like seriously? It’s not MK

FP has been taking super long AND low-balling and/or refusing the item which is what they did to my brand new LV Carmel bag. They said they have too many. It took them about 8 days to get back to me. I wouldn't even entertain TRR. I sent them a USED FOR 1 DAY Tory Burch Radziwill bag on Feb 22. They take WEEKS to even list it so you probably wouldn't make the April payout anyway. My bag is still not listed. I checked the status and they had the condition ready to be listed at VERY GOOD, saying there was loss of shape. HUH?. I emailed customer service and told them I have a problem with that condition listing and I'm waiting to hear back. Couture USA out of Tampa is buying - I may send them pics of my bag.
