Now I am super annoyed. I bought an item and sent it back 4 days later. It was signed for by “Luis” on Tuesday. I have tracking. It hasn’t been checked in and it’s Friday. I tried calling, call doesn’t go through (7 times). Tried chatting, the chat bot says my return hasn’t been received (yes it has) and asks if I need to speak to a representative (which I say yes). It attempts to transfer me, then says everyone is busy and disconnects the chat. Why do I keep giving them second chances???

Finally got through. Delaney is my girl! Delaney- If you read this, you are awesome and deserve a raise.

I often talk to Delaney (I get the impression they have two people and a carrier pigeon working there) and she is always helpful. Returns are 5-7 days backed up so just know if it was signed for, you are likely not going to get a received email for 5-7 days after it was signed for

I would hope that they would have posted on their website or sent out an email to registered customers. Just seems like the right thing to do
Agree, I went back and looked at my FP emails and there is no email stating they have changed their return policy. Alot of people will be surprised. I also don't think it's a good idea because sometimes shipping can take up to a week depending on which warehouse the item is coming from.

Has anyone else noticed that FASHIONPHILE shortened their return window from 30 days to 15 days sometime at the end of February? Their return policy was the only reason I still shopped there. If their shipping was faster, I would say the updated return policy is fine, but their free shipping is UPS ground which sometimes can take up to one week to arrive. I usually like to try the bag out at home for a bit and make sure I love it before taking off the tags and I appreciated that they allowed 30 days for a buyer to decide - especially with higher priced bags. Is this change going to impact your decision to shop there in the future?

I'll have to check that out. I ordered in the middle of February and I thought it said 30 days. I have never made a return there, thank goodness. I was always surprised they had such a generous 30 day return since many of their items are several thousands of dollars. I'm not sure if they ship overseas, that may be an issue.

If this is the policy, I don't have a problem with it and I will still shop there.

I can see this being a problem as my experience shipment scan be delayed for reasons of weather, signature required - and it was missed, etc. I am super paranoid of these things. I will not hold any designer bag no longer than 1-2 days if possible. I get it back to store/reseller immediately. If they have changed, I'm not happy about it. I will be more careful when ordering.

I wonder if FP can validated when bag was delivered - then start the countdown by delivery date? Do you do this already?

Fashionphile is getting sloppy. I have been looking at a few Hermes Kelly’s and when I look at the picture on the mannequins lately, the bag may be the same color but they have photographed a 28 on the mannequin for a bag that is a 32 and Vice versa. They also have different hardware. I am all for efficiency and reuse pics if you have the same bag multiple times but come on, a 32 vs 28? That’s a big difference and when someone is considering spending $15k+? Come on

I frequently sell and buy there, but frankly, I think it’s currently being run by a couple of poor interns and maybe some mice.

Funny you say that. I posted a couple of weeks ago that they have one really good woman, one other person and a slew of carrier pigeons.

They used to be the gold standard but have been slipping for the past 2 years. I also get a lot of random coupon codes from them and never used to. I wonder if business is slowing
