Thanks. I’ve called twice today (once at 5:00 ET and once at 7:00 ET, which was like 2:00 and 4:00 PT). On hold forever till I quit.Yes, call around mid afternoon,1-3pm ET. I have had good luck both times. My lady (Delaney) was informative and helpful but I am still waiting to get my payment so I will be calling again tomorrow.
I would call when their phone lines first open in the morning; the wait is 3-5 minutes. The times you’ve listed are prime time and wait times can be somewhere in the 75 minute ballpark. All from my personal experience.Thanks. I’ve called twice today (once at 5:00 ET and once at 7:00 ET, which was like 2:00 and 4:00 PT). On hold forever till I quit.
You are right about the change, it's actually 15 days. This is their full return policy:Fashionphile now change their return policy to 14 days . ??
Thanks to @minnie04 in another thread mentioning this!
I had no idea FP shortened their return policy from 30 days down to 15 days (of the shipped date) now. Maybe I just missed it and everyone else knew? Either way, FYI...

I would hope that they would have posted on their website or sent out an email to registered customers. Just seems like the right thing to do
OMG this is horrible! I am SO sorry this happened! Please beware when selling to Fashionphile and choosing the NM gift card option!
I sold a ton of items to them, and received Neiman Marcus gift cards for thousands of dollars. However, when I tried to use them, it showed that my gift card balances were all at $0. It turns out someone had stolen them and used them all. I don't know how it happened on my end, as I was the only one who had access to them.
I tried to contact Neiman Marcus for months but never received a response. I finally went through the BBB to get a response that way. Neiman Marcus responded by saying: "We have researched and found that someone obtained [your] gift cards and CID numbers and used the information to purchase items and in our stores. Under the Terms and Conditions, Neiman Marcus is not responsible for lost or stolen NM Gift Cards."
I lost around $10,000 through this, which has been really frustrating. But I thought I would just warn everyone to be careful when choosing the gift card option.
