Does anyone here wear their pave serpenti rings everyday? Debating to take the plunge with it or just get the plain

I wear one on my index finger and I don't think it's too much for everyday wear xx
I have the half pave version with no serpent head and tail. I only wear it on the weekends. However, I think it's because I work in healthcare I don't like to attract too much attention and just think its better to be conservative.
Having said that, I got mine in 2018 and probably wore it on the weekends almost every weekend (except in 2020-2021), and it has gotten very beat up on the none diamond parts. (I do stack rings and wear multiple rings though). Pave is stunning and would show less wear.
I'm thinking about ordering this ring and don't have a boutique nearby where I can try it on. Is the size chart accurate that a large is size 54-56? Debating whether I should order two sizes with prices going up shortly.
