Brands you don't like/don't buy from/find personally to be overrated?

What are some brands (bag or clothing wise) that you will not buy from/find to be overrated/don't like and what is the reason for that?
For me, I have a few, but will list the ones I see here being mentioned often:
1). Michael Kors (cheap looking clothing/bags)
2). Chanel (overrated, bags and clothing remind me of something an older woman would wear)
3.) Hermes (I think Birkin bags are really ugly, Kellys are ok however, but I still find the brand overall to be overrated)
I don’t care for LV
I am with you on Chanel ( bags), but I like the shoes.
I like Hermès - bags last forever and look perfect. They are way too expensive, too much effort is needed to get a new Kelly or Birkin but I do not know any other brand that can match Hermès quality.
LV logos all over is not my thing. Also, for the price, the quality and customer service should be better.

Chanel overpriced no new in design maybe change or add new colors

Ted baker classic romantic flowery dresses not for everyday anyway it is not my type

I know this is sacrilege (though it looks like I’m not the only one), but I’ve never liked LV monogrammed anything. I intensely dislike Michael Kors as well. It’s way overpriced for the quality, in my humble opinion. I used to love my Vince cashmere but recently, everything I buy pills so quickly. But LV and MK are definitely my least favorites overall. To each their own, though!

I don’t like Goyard at all. Material looks like oilcloth in cheap dining cafes. Totally can’t get it. Their totes are too slouchy and expensive for what they are. I think they should sell it for 20$ in IKEA.
New Lady Dior D-lite has too many “Christian Dior” on it so even blind can understand that it’s expensive. Dior Tote price increased two times during one year (so now it’s two times expensive) but actually it’s just a beach bag. And everybody used it like this before influencers began to push it on IG like “comfortable city bag”. And also I’m very sad about discontinuing of Dior diorama. It was one of my favs.
Also I’m already tired of Chanel’s price increases. Especially for clothes. Last year you could buy their tweed jacket for 4-5k now it will cost you minimum 7k. What happened during these few seasons? Did they resurrect Karl Lagerfeld?
I will upload two pictures of tablecloth here (it’s very popular to use it in Russia). You can see here even Burberry=)

For clothes I usually don't buy very expensive brands - I prefer to invest in nice accessoires such as bags or jewelery instead of very expensive clothes.

From the medium expensive brands I especially don't like Sandro and Maje. They have very cute pieces, but the pieces I have are very poor quality (bad seaming, nearly always) and low quality material. I get drawn to them as they really have many clothes which fit my style and body, but after 2-3 pieces I have learned not to buy and look at their stuff anymore.

Then there is Adidas, especially the Stella McCartney Collection: the pieces are usually very very tiny, so that they are even to small for me (I am tiny, 5"2' and 48 kg), but simultanously too long on body and arms. I mean what do they think how people look like?! And the regular Adidas stuff has jackets which are too short with too long arms with really ill fitting pants (sports pants).

Tory Birch. I hate the logo. Yes, hate. I've never had such a strong dislike for flats as I did for hers, with that ugly metal design.

Also, fast fashion. From causing pollution to sweat shops, I just can't get behind H&M or Forever 21. I do buy Target clothes sometimes. I find they hold up well. I'm not just tossing them after a few washes.

Hahaha...resurrect Karl ...hahahahaahaaa

Goyard. I just personally find their bags unattractive. Usually I can find at least one or two pieces (at least!) that I like in each brand - for example, with Chanel (this is gonna sound so weird) I like their iconic use of bows and pearls. With Hermes, I don't like their bags but I really love their leather bracelets. With LV, I think their flat pouches & tiny little wallets are cute so that would be the only thing I'd buy - but I have never seen anything from Goyard that I liked! Obviously this is subject to change ... if their designs do.

LV canvas especially in monogram and damier ebene. I don’t mind the azur check print. I realize that most people think LV’s shades of brown go with everything, but I just don’t agree. I used to own a damier azur bag when I began buying luxury but I sold it after a while. It just didn’t feel luxe compared to leather bags from other high end brands.

I also am not a fan of Prada anything or Burberry handbags. The check print is classic but too overdone and preppy. Their new logo is atrocious and all I see is Tory Burch in it.

i strongly dislike LV bags of any kind. In fact, I boycott the entire LVMH stable of brands. They have cheapened and sold the "idea" of luxury to the fawning masses. LV bags are counterfeited to the point that it doesn't matter whether they are real or not. No matter the price, they are not truly "luxury" bags. LVMH is everywhere, gobbling up once great companies and turning their products into mediocre commodities. I pray that Arnaud never gets his mitts on Hermès. Gucci runs a close second. They have "uglified" their clothing and bags with enormous "GGs" plastered EVERYWHERE. It's pitiful. Once Tom Ford left, that was it for Gucci.

I am just angry at how much clothing brands charge for how poor the quality is...

Like not Designer per se but these pricey clothes from brands like Maje, Sandro, Iro...my Parisian friends were like "remind me again why people buy these brands?" And it´s because of the style...the style is french and feminine. I just want us to stop paying 300€ for something that doesn´t feel better than Zara.

Alexander Wang boots : 540€, lasted 3 winters.

Secondly, I personally also have an issue with the big gold logo letters on belts, and handbags. (Gucci, LV, Balenciaga...) and how sportswear all the big Houses have turned...like everything is sneakers and pool slides....
