Best way to 'detax' after H in Europe

I have an issue I hope all can help.
I'm trying to get my tax refund and for fear of losing the receipts, I brought them back to courier it over.
The address on the envelope provided has this address:
Service Detaxe Groupe Hermes
Centralized Services Center (FR)
P.O Box 125
810 000 Bratislava
Slovakia

Fedex doesn't deliver to PO box. Asking DHL but the postal code is wrong to begin with! Called global blue who told me to send to their courier address :

For courier delivery, provide courier service with the following contact phone number: +421232222514.
But we know Hermes has their own Detaxe system hence the envelope.

I traced the PO box to Posta Bratislava 1 (where I believe the PO box is) but the postal code is 810 00.

I'm super confused now what to do. Take a guess and send it to the address on envelope but change postal code to 810 00?
Or should I send to global blue's address?

Emailed/called Hermes but no one picked up/replied.

Any help will be appreciated!

^ I apologize as I just noticed that your issue was due to a PO Box. The one I posted is also a POB.

Anyway, if someone can tell me the real postal code (if it is really 810 00) at least I have an option to mail it some way.

I have always mailed my Hermes forms via la posted at the airport and they get there. I would write exactly what is on the envelope. It's very safe to put them in the boxes at the airport. I just take photos for my records.
 
So after scanning my forms on december 13 at CDG terminal E I wanted to deposit on the yellow la poste box but the agent kept saying I should put them along with my other envelopes on the clear box. After much hesitation I put it in the yellow box and I now see my merchant credit for the H detaxe but my other forms seem to be lost. I had checked on global blue site a few weeks ago and my H form was beeing processed while the other forms were not found. Not sweating it since it wasn't much and they were small forms but annoyed that my forms got lost. I honestly never track them so I don't know if I ever got any lost however I do track my H ones because they are must larger.

Last time it took a little over 2 months to get processed and this time it took about 6 weeks.

My forms that were incorrectly stamped by the agent never appeared in global blues database but I emailed them and they told me what happened. If they are small it's not worth the process to get the return. But at least you would know what happened to them. My forms have never been actually lost from the clear box.
 
I received my Hermes refund from late Nov, but I am also waiting on a non-Hermes refund. This one doesnt appear to be from Global Blue so I have no idea how to track it, other than contacting the merchant, In this case the form was accepted by Pablo but I was told by the merchant not to mail it in, in fact there is no address!

I believe I had to show the agent as most of my forms were from outside france so I had to show the agent, mail them in, and only got cash for the onces from france except Hermes. I usually choose cash for this reason, I don´t really control them afterwards but this time I didn´t get any back except for H so I noticed them right away

I was thinking maybe wrong processing from the customs agent. Also, I was surprised to see the agent asked to see my H purchase which was rather small (a belt and a wallet...). He only saw the box and was fine, but it was weird for him to ask when the spanish agent never asked to see my K the year prior.

It's the only way to make sure you get your money. For my one form that was worth $1000, I went through the whole process and eventually got it back but like you for the $100 one from my last trip I decided it wasn't worth the hassle.

Yeah I remember that happening to you and I would have been so mad!! Ugh. I remember I got annoyed at the agent asking to see my H goods RIGHT when he had to scan them, and I kept asking my man if the guy scanned the form because that's the one I cared for the most.
And my forms were cheap ones but total about $200. Not sweating it because it's too much of a hassle plus i only took pics of the global blue ID, not the receipts. Oh well, it was cheap as is!!!

I just got my other non-Hermes refund this week. I processed end of November, so there is still hope for your other refunds! I'm glad they processed the H one faster lol.
 
Have anyone dropped their tax form in the dropbox at Paris CDG airport, and it didn't reach Global Blue later?

It seems my tax forms from last Sept/Oct (yes, I've been procrastinating on checking the status lol) was never received by Global Blue, though I did dropped it in the box at the airport. I've just emailed Global Blue with a picture of my form, will this be sufficient? Does anyone know how the process will be like in such cases?
