Authenticate This Luella

The auction only has one pic, I'd ask for more so you can see if the stitching is even. This is the more western style bag, I don't think it's been faked as much as the other style.

Lorimathews, here are the pics of the two new auctions:

seller says its made in turkey (seller also sells other designer bags at a cheap price-doubts?? 100% feedback)

The first one I decided not to get its pretty beat up.

To, lorimathews (again),

theres this Uk seller that sells Luella's by the dozen. May I request an authentication of her store? Seeing seller's feedback's kinda low, I'm suspecting what they're selling are fakes. I tried requesting for pics before but seller doesn't give out.

Rule #1: if a seller refuses to give you more pics, you do not buy from them.

One of their bags is a large pink Gisele. They claim they bought it in the US at Saks to take advantage of the weak dollar. This is COMPLETE BS as this style bag is old and is no longer sold in Saks! I'd stay far, far away from this seller ... even if their bags are real their stories are not.

Hi there - I just wanted to agree with lorihmatthews. I've been watching this seller in the UK for a couple of weeks - and the stories re where she is sourcing her items just don't add up. :nogood:

Also, agree with lorihmatthews - if a seller isn't willing to provide further photos - then I walk away. You can't be certain they actually have the item in the listing - or alternatively they are 'baiting' with photos of authentic bags - but when you receive them they are fake. We see it a lot in the Chloe Sub-Forum.

Personally - I'd steer clear:yes:
