It appears authentic to me, The hallmarks are right, the packaging is authentic, and the bracelet looks good too, although in poor condition! I can't believe how horribly misshapen it is! Someone did not take care of their love!! tsk tsk!

The lack of packaging doesn't concern me much. With pre-owned jewelry, its common for the original owner to keep it for there own collection or lose it. If you buy it though, you could always take it to Tiffany to be cleaned and they will give your the proper packaging for it if you ask.

Thanks! One question, though: is it possible that the previous owner has swapped the diamonds? I know it sounds strange, but what if they did that?

With only one picture, its hard to say. Pictures of the back of the pendant and the spring clasp would be needed. Nothing sticks out as a flag at this point but I hesitate to say without seeing more pictures.
