I wouldn't bother paying for this item and then have to send it back. There are so many things wrong with it, nothing is right.

This does not look authentic to me. I can see several things not consistent with what this bracelet should look like. Many red flags with it.

Hi Sadie,

I've no experience with this bracelet, but ever since I came across the British hallmarks, I've noticed that all of the silver Tiffany items weighing over 7g sold in the UK do have them, be it a necklace or a bracelet.

Since the seller is from the UK, and I estimate the link bracelet to be around 30g, I would expect to see the smaller UK hallmarks beneath the larger Tiffany ones. Of course, the seller could have gotten it from abroad (esp. as US Tiffany prices are cheaper than £££) but that's a smaller chance in comparison to the amount of fakes sold...

Since the seller does accept returns, I guess it's up to you to decide whether you want to pay the postage and examine it in person or not. But if you think it's not authentic already, perhaps just save some time and either ask the seller to cancel the transaction, and/or ask for clearer photos.

Hope you manage to resolve this![/QUOTE]

Ideally I would like to see the back of the pendant but this appears to be authentic. The small details and cut of the diamonds are correct and exactly right. I would be confident buying it.

Thanks!

What concerns me a bit, though, is that it is only delivered in a Tiffany pouch and not the case that normally comes with more expensive necklaces.

Do you think this is a problem?

The lack of packaging doesn't concern me much. With pre-owned jewelry, its common for the original owner to keep it for there own collection or lose it. If you buy it though, you could always take it to Tiffany to be cleaned and they will give your the proper packaging for it if you ask.

Can anyone please authenticate the below items?

1) Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Multiple Red Hearts Necklace Pouch & Box Mint Cond (link)
This design isn't on the Tiffany site, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Closest one is this, but it's not hollowed out in the middle. The chain has the Paloma Picasso tag but the pendant itself has no markings, which I find suspect. Is anyone familiar with this piece?

2) Designer Genuine Sterling Silver 925 Infiniti 14 3/4" Necklace 0.15 Oz (link)
This has the Paloma Picasso hallmark on the pendant but the chain raised a red flag - it measures 14.75 end to end. Isn't 16 in. the Tiffany standard?

3) TIFFANY&CO. Stunning Sterling Silver Bangle (link)
There are no Tiffany & Co. or T & Co. markings on the bangle, just on the inside hinge, and it reads "TIFFANY STERLING" in all block letters (not "Tiffany & Co."). Anyone know if the real Tiffany ever used this mark? All of my older pieces read "Tiffany & Co." and indicate 925 for sterling. A close-up is below.

Any advice on the above would be appreciated. Would love to re-coup my $ if these turn out to be [gasp!] fakes. :(

the chain and both keys look authentic to me

Thank you Sadie!! Since the seller hasn't been honest in first place asking me 40£ to ship the necklace (which I didn't pay), then told me she had sent it, then waited 15 days without answering my emails before really sending it and only after I asked PayPal to cancel the transaction and give me my money back... I really needed to be sure that the necklace was authentic so I can close the claim with PayPal.

Thank you for the work you girls do everyday for us!

1. This is authentic and a Picasso necklace. Its from Picasso’s Crown of Hearts collection. To my knowledge, its not discontinued. It could be sold out online which would explain why you don’t see it. Its not unusual for a pendant not to be marked/stamped when the pendant is not removable from the necklace chain.

2. The fact that this is a Picasso heart and then the chain is stamped Peretti- this is a red flag.

3. This is a vintage Tiffany bangle, yes, it is authentic.

can someone please confirm this cartier love ring for me? it comes from a registered Japanese seller with original certificate and boxes and i know they have very strict rules on counterfeit...nevertheless i thought to confirm it with the experts!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=281088156597&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
i made an offer and it was accepted. i see variations on the trademark or i am not sure what mark it is really. the one with a star and 170, most love rings I checked, have a rectangular or triangular mark different to this one, which is straight vs turned on the other rings. but i do see some love rings with the same stamps as this one, so just figured out like tiffany, cartier changes the markings. would it depend purely on the time the ring was made or does it have anything to do with which country it was made for (cannot imagine... but dont really know). i did try to google it but not much success. thank you for your time , knowledge and willingness to help!

The ring is authentic. Do you know it is thinner than the original one?
I think *170 means that there was a limited number produced and this ring is 170th out of say 500.
