This looks like an authentic Elsa Peretti Wave ring to me.

This is an item Tiffany did not sell at retail. Lexus (and many companies over the years) would commission Tiffany to make a special item to commemorate an event or special occasion given to employees. Since these items were not sold at retail and vary widely, it would be helpful to see the back of the tac and the push pin to see if it is consistent with Tiffany quality and to see if the markings are correct.

I only remember them as being referred to a 'Heart' earrings. They came out in the early 2000's and were apart of a line that offered a ring, bracelets and necklace. I believe it was only recently discontinued in the past 5 years.
