Hello. Could anyone help me authenticate this Cartier piece? I'd love any information available.

Description: Cartier 18k Rose Gold 0.12ct Diamond "Lotus" Ring

Does this ring and its hallmarks look like authentic Cartier? I am considering making a purchase.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi :smile1:
would someone be able to authenticate 2 Tiffany bracelets for me? Hopefully the pictures upload okay :smile1:

The first bracelet - the oval tag one I am a bit unsure about as the clasp seems a slightly different shape to my genuine Tiffany bracelet one.

The second bracelet I have recently won on EBAY and is subject to a dispute between myself and the seller as the clasp will not open at all and I don't want to force it open, however, I am not convinced of the bracelet's authenticity. The heart has a kind of burred edge, like a very small lip around the edge. My original bracelet is smooth around the edges, so this seems odd. The seller insists it is authentic and that the clasp can be fixed by a jewller, she has offered the choice of her paying towards getting the clasp sorted or a full refund. I am erring towards the full refund as I think it may be a replica, however, if anyone here can authenticate it, it may be worth having the clasp fixed??

sorry for the essay, any help would be greatly appreciated :smile1:

Oh and I purchased this through paypal only. Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Here are the pics I took. I couldn't photograph the signature properly, but I hope this helps. Also, there was no box included either.

Sorry I just couldn't upload any photos but the seller has agreed to refund so I've sent the earrings back. Just wanted to say thank you so much for your help. Merry Christmas! x

I don't know much about Chanel (besides the fact it's expensive!) but I thought this would be the best place to come for help. Can anyone identify this necklace or tell me where I could find it? It was on Private Practice two weeks ago. Thanks!

The first bracelet looks authentic to me.

I see the burring/edging on the heart that you are speaking about. Its unusual to see this on a piece of Tiffany jewelry. Its rare for a piece to go through production and make it to the sales floor with this type of defect and even more rare to see it sold but its not unheard of. The bracelet is authentic but the piece should have been sent back for resurfacing when it was originally purchased. If the clasp won’t open, it may be best to send it back to the seller. If the repair is taken to Tiffany, its about $35.00 to $40.00 to have that replaced. If you send it through the mail, you have to add return shipping, which is another $15.00.

Hi,
thank you so much for your quick reply :smile1: I thought the actual bracelet part of the second one looked okay but the heart was what threw me, do you think the heart tag itself could be a fake rather than flawed?, TIA Jo

I can see why that would throw you off, you almost never see this on a piece of Tiffany. I have seen it before personally, and its definitely a flaw that should have been caught prior to the sale. Its an easy fix, something any jeweler can smooth out.

wondering about this tiffany locket, do you think it is real?
it weighs 11.2 grams and measures about 1" x .85"
