There are a ton of different Hamptons styles including Carryalls and most of them in the last few years have been made for the outlets. There's no reason to be concerned if more than one style number is called a Hamptons Carryall or if it looks like other style numbers. After all a Caryall is a specific style with certain details and almost all Coach "Carryalls" are going to resemble each other. Coach also usually gives a new style number to a bag made for the current year Outlet inventory even if they sold an almost-identical bag the year before.

OK that explains it. Learnt something new - yet again :smile1: Many thanks.

I am interested in buying this wallet Coach on eBay, but want an opinion (or two!) as to whether or not it is authentic.

I have no reason to doubt the authenticity, as the seller has 100% feedback, but I've never bought Coach before and would likehttp://http//cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280581677122&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:ITa second opinion. Thanks!

Coach Brown Suede/Leather Tote ID: H0820-F12836

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290495303343&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Really like this tote, searched the ID online and came up with nothing. It's listed on ebay and has somewhat clear pics.

Item ID is: 290495303343

Seller: blakeslee5648

Can someone authenticate this bag?

Without a closeup photo of the creed patch, it's really hard to say, the details in some of the photos especially of the hardware are still too blurred, and there are no other pics of the same style to compare it to.

We always ask for clear photos especially of the creed and serial number. There are no obvious problems but that isn't enough to say it's genuine. If you bid and win, take close-ups of the bag, patch and hardware when you get it and post the pics here.

It's probably ok but a photo of the inside patch would help.

Hi folks! I know next to zero about Coach but knew this was real due to I knew the lady I bought it from. I've enjoyed it for several years and am getting ready to part with it. Am I close to correct with the dating 1970 to 1975? Anyone know if this is a Bonnie Cashin. It has a Taylon zipper all brass hardware. Thanks so much for any help!!

It's an adaptation of the Bonnie Cashin "Skinny Tote".

Probably made in the later 1970's. It's still Cashin's basic design, though the original Skinny Tote had different straps and a slightly different design especially where the seams were located.

:smile1:

DemRam, Thank you thank you for the info!! I read that If it was made in NYC it was pre-1976. I think it said something like, they stoped making them there in 1975. Do you know if this is false info?

Thanks, I just can't resist a glitzy little evening bag! Except my lifestyle doesn't really require an extensive wardrobe of formal wear. We got to 2 or 3 weddings/big parties a yearon average. I should stay off of ebay after drinking a glass of wine because my resistance ebbs very low!
