It looks fine to me. Style number 9870 is the "Court" bag and that one was made in Hungary in 1996.

Janice's Legacy from 2007. It looks fine from what I can see and made in 2007 for the Factory Stores.

Not am I completely stumped about what it was called, but I can't even figure out what it would have been used for. It seems too flat to be of much use as a purse and there isn't any kind of a strap attachment. It's too narrow at 6 3/4 inches to be a business portfolio for holding papers or files, and it isn't long enough and doesn't have the interior fittings to be a tie case.

The creed stamping looks okay, but I've never seen Coach stitch through the creed before. I'm TOTALLY lost.

Has anyone ever seen something like this before with these measurements?

It seems to be ok but a clear photo of the creed would help, but it's probably too late into the auction to get one. There are a lot of those bags that were made for the Factory Stores though and there don't seem to be any red flags.

If you win the auction and something doesn't look right to you after getting the bag, please post your own photos of the problem areas at this forum and include photos of the creed patch.

This was advertised in a local malaysian public site. The creed says it is of style 10528 but i cant find any bag of this style# on ebay or even google. The bag looks very familiar though i think i may have seen it before.

I can't find any photos of it, but it may have been made for the Factory Stores or for one of Coach's large retailers like Macy's. The details look ok though.

I looked at a few hamptons carryall on ebay and found what seems to be an identical bag but with the style number 13084. Does that indicate something i should worry about? I havent paid for the bag yet, doing my homework first :-)

There are a ton of different Hamptons styles including Carryalls and most of them in the last few years have been made for the outlets. There's no reason to be concerned if more than one style number is called a Hamptons Carryall or if it looks like other style numbers. After all a Caryall is a specific style with certain details and almost all Coach "Carryalls" are going to resemble each other. Coach also usually gives a new style number to a bag made for the current year Outlet inventory even if they sold an almost-identical bag the year before.
