Yes, I think you're right on all accounts. I was in my local outlet last weekend and their selection of messenger bags left a lot to be desired. Thank you for all of these helpful tips!

I don't see anything that indicates that it's not authentic but I'm not familiar enough with the bag to give a definite thumbs up.

Thanks for responding Hyacinth. I'm so sorry the pic is so bad, my camera is on the fritz and I had to use my Blackberry to take the pics, it doesn't take very good pics, but I can try to get a better one if the serial # isn't enough and you need more pics. The serial # is: J3S-9250. Thanks again!

I still can't find a name for it but the number fits right into a sequence of other Soho styles and it's definitely genuine. Soho Satchel or maybe Soho Flap Satchel would be my guess too.

Thanks for trying girls. I love it but not sure if it is one of those bags that are too good to be true. I lost one bag last night because I thought it would be there is morning haha my mistake!
