I'm confused because the bag looks black to me, yet she says it's brown? I've never seen a brown color that's quite that dark.

It's authentic and looks like some variation of the "Skinny Tote", but with different handles and slightly different measurements.

I'm not having a good day! Maybe someone else recognizes it?

Any idea of the value of the ones that I already have posted? Just want to make sure that I don't have anything super good! Will post pics of the tan one later. What a great forum.

It really DOES look like a Skinny Tote with Watermelon Tote handles. I have seen that identical bag quite a few years ago and I can't recall if we ever got an actual "name".

My Skinny Tote definitely has "shoulder straps" and it's ONLY maybe 1 3/4" to 2" Deep.

I'm still confused by that color description. Is it black or is it brown?

We're not allowed to estimate values and there's no real way to do it other than checking Ebay for Completed auctions for those styles to find what they sold for, and check the currently listed and unsold bags of the same styles to see what prices aren't finding buyers.. There's nothing hugely collectible there but interest in genuine classic and vintage leather Coaches is pretty strong right now. Figure your Ebay and Paypal fees and other costs and add a reasonable profit.

Please help me out here... I sold a gorgeous AUTHENTIC Coach Jewel Medium Zip around wallet to a buyer EXACTLY one month ago... I purchased it at the COACH outlet in Hershey, PA...so it's obviously GUARANTEED 100% AUTHENTIC. Well, today buyer messages me and claims that the wallet is fake. She said because it looks different from other types of COACH wallets, and because several people questioned it, she had her doubts. SHE ALSO SAID THAT SHE TOOK IT TO A COACH STORE AND THE MANAGER ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IT IS FAKE!!! How on earth could ANY manager claim this gorgeous, authentic Coach wallet is fake??

I remember seeing this at the outlets. I bought the smaller version. They had a whole line of these items in different colors but it was quite a while ago. I guess it might really help if you remember to ask for the gift receipt for everything you buy next time. I bet she took it to a full price boutique and they aren't familiar with factory items. Contact the factory store and see if they can help you. Explain to your buyer that the SAs at full price stores don't know about factory items. It would be helpful if you had the number off the original tag because then it would be in the Coach system, so maybe the 800 number Coach people might be able to verify it also.
I once had a buyer question that the wristlet I sold her was fake because it didn't match her friend's. I explained to her that it was a style Coach made ever year and did it slightly different every year. Thankfully, she believed me.
