Perhaps one of the other authenticators will comment on the red bag in question since I don't recommend PM.

But I want to mention that sellers who mix fakes with authentic items are more dangerous and misleading to buyers than a seller who wouldn't know a genuine bag if it bit them.

A seller who sells and has sold as many Coach bags as lucille_vibes should never make a mistake like this current active listing:

If you haven't paid for it, DO NOT PAY!!

If you have paid, cancel!

neudeb's bag is fake.

Please read some of the posts about my feelings toward Poshmark. (Generally, I don't authenticate their listings or promote or recommend the site and I don't recommend doing business on PM.)
:( so sad, thanks for spotting, it was paid for but I sent a message thru to the seller and poshmark to cancel, thanks for your keen eye, where can i find your feelings towards poshmark ? sorry im abit new to this so im not sure how to navigate, thanks again

You can search posts with "Poshmark" by my user name, BeenBurned and there are 25 pages of posts, not all critical but still.....There are also a lot of posts on the shopping subforum elsewhere on TPF.

Here are a couple of posts:

Although this doesn't change my opinion of Poshmark, I may be mistaken about the bag you asked about. I've never seen a G plant bag as late as 2002 but I'd like @whateve and @Hyacinth to take a look.

Genuine Mini Hippie Flap made in 2000
Hello Hyacinth! I'm so confused about these hippie flap bags! There seems to be so many of them with different style numbers! I saw in your vintage catalogs the 9134 & 9135 are the small Hippie flap, and the 9134 is the larger size, but now I've come across a 9131?? I can't seem to find it in the catalog. They all sure look alike.
Can you please explain what the differences are from the 9131 to the 9134 & 35?? ? And do you know what year did the 9131 come out?
Here's one I'm looking at on eBay
Listing # 125518151104
Seller ID Eye-zuk
Comments - she calls it a saddle bag but I see it everywhere online listed as a Hippie Flap bag, and the style
is very much like, almost identical to the 9134 & 9135, so why the style number change??

No, I really CAN'T explain what the differences are, sorry. And I'm not being snide or sarcastic.

This is Copied & Pasted exactly as it is in my personal style notes. If I find any new details on a style, I update this list immediately. This is what I have and now you'll have all the same details I have. If anyone here can add more confirmed details, it would be appreciated:

9131 - unk Hippie Flap, 9.5x10, 23 drop strap, China - seems identical to 9135 but maybe outlet version?
9132 - Mini Hippie Flap, 10.5x7x1, 24" strap drop

9134 - hippie flap, 12x11 Both Intro Fall 1999
9135 - Small Hippie Flap 9x9 (large is 9134), single unbroken strip of piping or binding around entire bag?

9134 and 9135 seem to be the only ones with a catalog history.

Sorry, I can't access the creed photo. But I don't have any photos at all, not even under "questionable", for ANY apparently genuine G plant serials newer than 2000. There's one obvious fake from 2001 with an upside-down G, but that's all.
